27-year-old Man Died After Getting Shot Inside The Whitehaven Neighborhood IHOP In Memphis



A live Facebook video of the aftermath was posted showing the shooting victim outside of a Whitehaven neighborhood IHOP suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.

Memphis, Tennessee - On early Sunday, a 27-year-old man was identified by family members as Devin Wilson who was shot in the head multiple times during an altercation inside an IHOP restaurant in the neighborhood of Whitehaven located at 1277 E. Shelby Drive across from the South Mall shopping centre. The altercation happened after a female worker got into an argument with her ex-boyfriend and he began to choke her. Wilson and a security guard attempted to break up the altercation and the ex-boyfriend took out a hand gun and shot both men striking Wilson in the head multiple times and the security guard suffered a gunshot wound in the arm. Wilson walked out of the IHOP and Dbo Grape was able to video record live on his Facebook account the aftermath and Wilson crying out for help and that he couldn't see anymore.
A known suspect in the shooting left the scene and police are looking for him.
Police were the first ones to arrived and then the firefighter paramedics. Wilson later died at a local hospital, according to police.
