Houston, Texas - On Wednesday, Ruben Mendoza from the Tejano Conjunto Jaime DeAnda y Los Chamacos released a video surveillance by S&S Investigations and Security Inc. showing multiple suspects in a dark vehicle and truck who allegedly stole the groups van and trailer on Sunday. The suspects are seen driving the van while a vehicle is leading and a truck following behind the white stolen van.
Then a suspect driving the truck parks close to the video surveillance camera at a building and gets out and then places an item in the back seat. The video clearly shows that at least three suspects were involved in stealing more than $150K worth of musical instruments and equipment from the band.
On Sunday, the Tejano band leader of Jaime DeAnda y Los Chamacos reported on the group's official fan page in Facebook that a suspect or suspects of Mexican descent had stolen their white van and trailer including musical instruments worth at least $150K from the Luby's restaurant parking lot in East Houston. The band had played at the Herrera's Tejano Dance & Night Club in Channelview on Saturday and on Sunday they stopped for lunch at the Luby's restaurant and after 30 minutes, they went back to the van and noticed that it had been stolen from the parking lot.
Houston police are also reviewing surveillance camera video in the area in an attempt to identify the suspects. The van and trailer were found on Tuesday near the area where they were reported stolen from and the musical instruments and equipment had been taken.
The band members are now hoping fans can help them spot and recover their equipment to continue with their livelihood in supporting their families.

Houston, Texas - On Sunday, the Tejano band leader of Jaime y Los Chamacos reported on the group's official fan page in Facebook that a suspect or suspects had stolen their white van with Texas license plate # B52-6028 and trailer including musical instruments worth at least $150K from the Luby's restaurant parking lot in East Houston. The band played at the Herrera's Tejano Dance & Night Club in Channelview on Saturday and on Sunday they stopped for lunch at the Luby's restaurant and after 30 minutes, they went back to the van and noticed that it had been stolen from the parking lot.
Houston police are reviewing surveillance camera video in the area in an attempt to identify the suspects.
The band members are hoping fans can help them spot the van and they can recover their equipment to continue with their livelihood in supporting their families.

Update: Ruben Mendoza, one of the band members from Jaime DeAnda Y Los Chamacos reported on Tuesday afternoon that the stolen van and trailer were found and the music equipment and all the instruments inside the trailer were gone. The van and trailer were found abandoned near the area where they were reported stolen.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - On Saturday, Robert Bowers, 46, was taken into custody after surrendering to police. Bowers allegedly walked into the Tree of Life Synagogue with three weapons including a handgun and a AR-15 and then opened fire killing 10 people and wounding others. Bowers got into a gunfight with responding police and was wounded in three officers were also reported shot. Bowers surrendered to police and was taken to local hospital for treatment. 5 surviving victims were hospitalized as well.
According to police, Bowers has a valid conceal carry license. He is expected to be charged for a federal hate crime and mass murder, which the death penalty could be sought in the case.

Plantation, FL - On Friday, police, Broward County deputies and federal authorities arrested Cesar Sayoc Jr., 56, of Aventura in connection with mailing bomb packages to multiple dems including former President Barack H. Obama; Hillary Clinton; former Vice-president Joe Biden; U.S. Senator Cory Booker; Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and others including Robert De Niro with the return address of Democratic Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz's office in Surise. None of the 13 packages made it to those that were sent too, the packages were intercepted by authorities.
FBI Director Christopher Wray confirmed during a press conference that the 13 IED's (improvised explosive devices) were not hoax devices, but could ignite a heat explosion and they are still being analyzed.
Sayoc who is originally from New York was connected to the bomb package mailings by DNA an a fingerprint, according to federal authorities.
Sayoc was charged on Friday with the following federal crimes, interstate transportation of an explosive, illegal mailing of explosives, threats against former presidents and certain other persons, threatening interstate communications, and assaulting current and former federal officers, if convicted on all counts, Sayoc is facing up to 48-years in a federal prison.
Sayoc is a registered Republican and a Trump supporter. Sayoc's white van, which had political stickers in support of the GOP, Trump including a CNN sucks sticker on its windows was towed by authorities.
Sayco's criminal record included making bomb threats in 2002, battery and theft. He is also anti-immigrant and identifies himself as a Native American from the Seminole Tribe.
Most likely, Sayoc was acting on Trump's hate rhetoric towards the dems and mainstream media for exposing his habitual lies.
Previously, Trump Republican supporters have been arrested for acting on Trump's suggestions to attack opponents at his rallies.

Auburn, Washington - A Facebook video posted on social network of Da-Jhonte Markease Heard, 20, of Auburn, aka, Ptown Rozay, a little adult male suspect measuring in height at 3' 07" shows him vandalizing the inside of a 7-Eleven convenience store at the 2200 block of Auburn Way N. while ordering store employees to "fill that bag up, right now", which has gone viral with more than 6.8 million views. According to the Facebook video posted by Gee Mann, on October 14, a day after the incident, the little adult suspect was only identified by the alias of Ptown Rozay. Heard was attempting to rob the 7-Eleven unarmed and became upset and began to thrash the store by overturning several display racks breaking some sunglasses, throwing bags of items and candy around and over the counter at several employees who ignored his demands for them to "fill that bag up, right now" while being video recorded. Multiple customers watched him vandalize the store including drinking from a broken bottle of wine and mashing it on the floor. Some customers also left the store to avoid the scene. 
Heard apparently cut himself with a broken wine bottle in his mouth and nose, which resulted with some bleeding, according to the Auburn police report.
According to police, Heard came into the 7-Eleven store before 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 and placed his backpack on the store cashier counter and ordered several employees to "fill the bag up" with cash, but the employee's ignored him and told him multiple times to leave the store. He left the store multiple times and came back in to throw stuff around and continued to order the employees to "fill that bag up" to no avail.
That's when he got upset and also went back of the store and took two to three wine bottles and began to throw items around and pushing over several racks before police arrived and took him into custody.
Heard was eventually arrested by Auburn police and charged with theft 3rd-degree (one misdemeanor count, he is facing 1-year in jail and, $5K in fines, if convicted), simple assault 4th-degree (misd., facing 1-year in jail and, $5K in fines), vandalism (malicious mischief 3rd-degree, one felony count, facing up to 5-years in prison and $10K in fines), criminal trespass 1st-degree (misd., facing 1-year in jail and, $5K in fines), and was also cited for disorderly conduct (misd., an Auburn Municipal Code citation) in King County. Heard is scheduled for court hearing on November 27th, according to court records. If convicted on all counts, Heard is facing up to eight years in prison and up to $25K in fines.
Since the Facebook video of the incident went viral, Heard has adopted the infamous alias "Mr. FillThatBag". Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) has reached out to Heard for comment, but he hasn't responded.
Heard, aka, Ptown Rozay is a talented little rapper as well and has a YouTube video song and several other rapping songs in Soundcloud.

Milwaukee, WI -On Sunday, Milwaukee police responded to a shooting inside the McDonald's restaurant just before 4:00p.m. at the 1500 block of W. Washington Street in Milwaukee's Southside. Police continue with the shooting investigation and no information has been released whether anyone was injured. The customers and employees were evacuated from the crime scene.
Police are reviewing surveillance video footage from inside the restaurant to determined what actually happened.
One of the McDonald's employee indicated that an accident occurred, but couldn't elaborate while other employees made gestures for the employee not to say anything about what transpired inside.
Apparently, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned that a security officer from Milwaukee Public Safety, LLC stationed at the McDonald's was allegedly showing his loaded handgun to the manager's 15-year-old son when it was discharged. The victim was shot in the foot and no information provided by investigators whether he lost any toes in the shooting.
The unidentified security guard is now facing possible negligence use of weapon charges for taking his loaded service handgun out and discharging it inside a business.
The Milwaukee Public Safety, LLC is operated by Israel Medina Saurez.

Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, the Super Caracoles Band from Veracruz, Mexico were in Milwaukee and as a tradition included Cumbia street dancing along S. Cesar E. Chavez Dr., which the group is known to take to the streets at major cities like Chicago, in front of the White House, Los Angeles, Arizona and New York Times Square that they have visited and performed publicly drawing crowds to spread cheer and have showcased their Mexican music venue culture. The Super Caracoles performed original songs composed by El Cabballo Loco, one of the original band members and have recorded multiple hits that have made them national stars in Mexico, Guatemala and continue to gain popularity in the U.S. as well.
In 1984, the Super Caracoles changed their image to rock stars, which gave them more fame and recognition.
In 2017, the Super Caracoles launched two hits Al Gordo Le Zumba and La Bomba Chita.
On Sunday, the Super Caracoles performed at the VIP Lounge in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Auburn, Washington - A video posted on Facebook shows a little Black man thrashing a 7-Eleven (7/11) store after allegedly attempting to rob the place without a weapon and demanding for store employees to "Fill That Bag Up, Right Now", but is ignored and flips out by throwing stuff all over the store. Adult witnesses at the store watched the little man throw a fit, but failed to stop him. One guy is heard telling the wannabe little thug robber to let's go, the cops are coming, but he continues going back and forth in the store yelling "Fill That Bag Up, Right Now" and throwing stuff including candy bags.
The little robber keeps thrashing the place, takes a drink from a bottle and then breaks it on the floor. The cops finally arrived and take the little man into custody.
According to the Auburn Police Department, the suspect is facing charges for simple assault including theft and vandalism at a 7/11 located in the 2200 block of Auburn Way N.
The suspect, Da-Jhonte M. Heard, 20, goes by the alias, aka, Dj Ptown Rozay who is an artist and a talented rapper that recorded a song in YouTube, according to Facebook (FB) postings and comments. The FB video posted on Monday by Gee Mann and others showing the little robber going nuts inside the 7/11 went viral.

Update: The Facebook video posted by Gee Mann of the little adult suspect committing crimes at a 7/11 has reached more than 6 million views.

Milwaukee, WI - El viernes, Juan Mata-Chávez, de 28 años, fue sentenciado a 20 años de prisión por la muerte fatal de Monica Hernández, de 43 años, el pasado 4 de febrero en el lado sur de Milwaukee. Mata-Chávez se declaró que no disputaria (no contest) dos cargos de felonía por la muerte de Hernández bajo un acuerdo de culpabilidad el pasado agosto. Mata-Chávez enfrentó a hasta 6 años de prisión por un cargo de delito grave por operar un vehículo sabiendo que su licencia de conducir estaba revocada (causando una muerte) y hasta 25 años por un cargo de delito mayor por chocar y huir involucrando una muerte durante un choque automovilístico en el lado sur de Milwaukee. Mata-Chávez fue sentenciado a 6 años de prisión en el primer delito criminal, pero cumplirá 3 años de prisión y 3 años bajo supervisión. En el conteo de delitos graves numero dos, fue sentenciado a 20 años de prisión, pero cumplirá 12 años de prisión y 8 años bajo supervisión, que se ejecutan simultáneamente, lo que significa que cumplirá solo 12 años de prisión obligatoria y 8 años de libertad condicional, según expedientes judiciales del condado de Milwaukee. Mata-Chávez también se enfrentará a la deportación, si no es un ciudadano de los Estados Unidos después de completar su sentencia.

Milwaukee, WI - On Friday, Juan Mata-Chavez, 28, was sentenced to 20-years in prison for the fatal hit-and-run death of Monica Hernandez, 43, on February 4th. Mata-Chavez pleaded no contest under a plea agreement in August. He was facing up to 6-years in prison for one felony count for knowingly operating a vehicle while revoked (causing death) and up to 25-years for one felony count for hit-and-run involving death. Mata-Chavez was sentenced to 6-years in prison on count one, but will do 3-years in prison and 3-years under supervision. On felony count two, he was sentenced to 20-years in prison, but will do 12-years in prison and 8-years under supervision, which both counts run concurrently, meaning he will do a mandatory 12-years in prison and 8-years probation, according to court records. Mata-Chavez will also face deportation, if he is not a U.S. Citizen after he completes his sentence.
Mata-Chavez lost controlled of a truck that he was driving without a valid license on icy conditions at the 1500 block of W. Lincoln Ave. and struck head on the vehicle that Hernandez was driving. Mata-Chavez and two other men and woman who were passengers then fled the scene of the crash leaving Hernandez to die. According to a witness, Mata-Chavez took a weapon out and pointed at a man who attempted to stop them from fleeing the crime scene, but nearby surveillance video cameras caught the crash incident and the suspects fleeing through an alley.
Mata-Chavez was driving with a revoked driver's license. According to the criminal complaint, Mata-Chavez called his sister after the deadly accident and told her to report the truck as stolen at gunpoint. She did reported it stolen about half an hour after the accident, but when questioned by police, she admitted that she had lied for her brother and identified him as the person wearing the cap in the video surveillance. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner reported that Hernandez died from internal bleeding including damage to her liver caused by blunt force trauma, which she also suffered from two broken legs. She apparently died during the operating procedure to save her.
Hernandez's 13-year-old son who was her passenger in the vehicle survived. They had just left a church service.

Madison, WI - On Thursday, Christian Ariel Albouras, 31, a Business Development Specialist announced his candidacy to run for alderman in the 20th Aldermanic District in the City of Madison. Albouras released the following statement on Facebook in his bid to become the next elected alderman in the 20th Aldermanic District, "I am running because I am committed to creating a district and city that looks to the future and provides opportunity for everyone," Albouras said. "If elected, from day one, I will work to build a broad consensus of community members who are eager to continue the progress that has been made and yet, are ready to do the hard work necessary to meet the challenges we will still face and advocate for the interests of our district residents." 
Albouras will focus on public safety and basic services, youth engagement, education and afterschool programming, and economic development, if elected to the Madison City Council. Albouras is a member of multiple community organizations and works in Business Development within the credit union industry. Albouras's bid for alderman has drawn support from the current Alderman Matt Phair from the 20th District, who is not seeking re-election after serving four terms. "I've known Christian to be a deeply committed, level-headed resident of our district," Phair said. "His knack of listening to all sides of an issue, while balancing it with strong principles, will serve the district and city extremely well."

Milwaukee, WI - On Friday,  Benito J. Herrera-Tonche, 22, aka, "Junior", the Milwaukee taco truck bandit was taken into custody, according to the Dane County Sheriff's Office (DCSO). Herrera-Tonche was booked at the DCSO jail and is awaiting federal custody transfer to Milwaukee County. The U.S. Marshals Service, FBI and Milwaukee police wanted Herrera-Tonche, an alleged gang member in connection with the armed robbery of five Milwaukee Southside taco trucks on August 29. Herrera-Tonche is from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and was considered the main armed suspect that robbed multiple taco trucks with two other accomplices.
Herrera-Tonche is believed to have travelled to Milwaukee from Sun Prairie for the purpose to rob taco trucks, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. A warrant for multiple felonies including attempted armed robbery was issued for his arrest in Milwaukee County. Herrera-Tonche has several open cases and a warrant in Dane County for OWI, bail jumping, driving while revoked and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration third offense, all misdemeanors offenses, according to court records.
Herrera-Tonche has a Joker tattoo on his right hand and a distinguishing birthmark in his left side of the face. He was considered armed and dangerous.

• 1900 Block of W. National Ave.

• 1600 Block of S. Muskego Ave.

• 1500 Block of S. 6th St.

Wisconsin And National Faith Congregations Including Immigration Rights Orgs Plan Black Friday And Cyber Monday Boycott

Faith based congregations including SOFIA, Gamaliel and immigration rights organizations plan to boycott on Black Friday and Cyber Monday to show economic empowerment of Latinos and allies advocating for immigration reform and to stop ICE's family separations.

Milwaukee, WI - On Sunday, during an emergency community meeting that was held after recent statewide ICE raids in 14 counties in Wisconsin that resulted in the arrests of 83 undocumented individuals out of a targeted list of 250, it was announced that multiple statewide congregations of faith including Gamaliel, a national organization with affiliates in numerous state are planning a Black Friday and Cyber Sunday boycott. Bernie Gonzalez, a community organizer from Stewards of Prophetic, Hopeful, Intentional Action (SOFIA) in Waukesha announced at the community meeting that his organization, which is faith based and part of WISDOM, a statewide organization of more than 130 member congregations and 9 affiliates including SOPHIA and the national Gamaliel are planning a national boycott in November on Black Friday and Cyber Monday of certain businesses, corporations and stores that don't support immigration reform and help support anti-immigrant laws.

A Milwaukee emergency meeting about recent immigration raids in Wisconsin, was hosted by Wisconsin State Representative JoCasta Zamarripa (D-Milw.) on Sunday. Members of the Latino community were invited to the meeting at the Asencion Lutheran Church, 1236 S. Layton Blvd. where leaders, immigration lawyers, ACLU, LULAC, public elected officials, Voces de la Frontera, Racine Interfaith Coalition, and other organizations provided information about resources available to the immigrant community in the state.

Milwaukee, WI -  El Servicio de Alguaciles de los EE. UU., El FBI y la policía de Milwaukee buscan al presunto pandillero Benito J. Herrera-Tonche, de 22 años. de Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, cual es considerado el principal sospechoso armado que robó a varios camiones de tacos con otros cómplices el 29 de agosto del presente año.

Se cree que Herrera-Tonche viajó a Milwaukee desde Sun Prairie con el propósito de robar a mano armada camiones de tacos, según el Servicio de Alguaciles de los Estados Unidos. Se emitió una orden de arresto por varios delitos, incluido un intento de robo a mano armada, para su arresto en el condado de Milwaukee.
