If convicted, Zellmer is facing from 15 years up to life incarceration.

Lehigh Acres is part of the Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.

"Make no mistake, any and all threats will be thoroughly investigated," stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno. "Even fake threats result in real consequences. I will do whatever it takes to make sure that our children are safe when they go to school."

According to the criminal complaint, on Wednesday, October 27th, 2021, East District deputies with the Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to several homes in Lehigh Acres after a threat to commit a shooting was posted on social media.

Due to the threat targeting students at Lehigh Acres Middle School, our Youth Services Criminal Investigations Division assumed the investigation.

Detectives learned that a 7th grade student named Daniel Zellmer (DOB 03/13/2009) was responsible for posting the violent threat. A search warrant for Zellmer's home, located at 1003 Prospect Avenue, was subsequently executed. Detectives located two airsoft guns in Zellmer's room and several firearms locked away in a safe elsewhere in the home.

Milwaukee Police Public Relations Information Supervisors Sent Tweets With Misinformation And Lies With The Approval Of Former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales, City's Comptroller Audit Confirmed

The Milwaukee City Comptroller's audit confirmed that Milwaukee police Sergeants Grant and Cornejo assigned to the public relations information section working under Chief of Staff DeSiato from former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales's office in 2020 had sent out tweets to the public that were later deemed false and contained misleading information that Chief Morales had approved.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

October 27, 2021

Milwaukee, WI - On Wednesday, the Milwaukee Comptroller's Office released an audit report to the Milwaukee Common Council Finance and Personnel Committee confirming that the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) Public Information/Relations Office under Chief of Staff Nicholas DeSiato in former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales Office including former Acting Police Chief Michael Brunson had sent out misleading and misinformation claims on their MPD Twitter account in June 2020.

One of those misleading tweets was that MPD claimed that peaceful protesters had thrown Molotov cocktails (improvised explosive device) at police during a peaceful protest at N. 6 Street and W. McKinley Ave. on June 2, 2020, which led for police to counter respond with pepper gas canisters targeted at peaceful protesters.

According to testimony by Charles Roedel, auditor from the City's Comptroller's Office, it was untrue, but what was actually thrown at police was a water bottle, which was never tested by police, if in fact, it contained any flammable liquid or chemicals that would ignite an explosion.

At the time, several Milwaukee Police Sergeants Sheronda Grant and Efrain Cornejo were assigned to the social network Twitter account, The Source and Public Relations Information section at MPD under the direction of MPD Chief of Staff DeSiato who worked for former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales and later for Acting Milwaukee Police Chief Michael Brunson. Both Morales and Brunson are no longer at MPD, but Sergeant Cornejo continues to be assigned to the Public Relations Information media section under the supervision of Chief of Staff DeSiato who now works directly for Acting Police Chief Jeffrey Norman who is expected to become the next police chief, if approved by the Milwaukee Common Council in November.

MPD has definitely lost credibility for misleading and engaging in misinformation to cover up questionable acts by sending multiple misleading tweets and if Acting Chief Norman wants to regain public trust, Norman should replace DeSiato and Sgt. Cornejo from the Public Information section and be transparent as well.

Any police supervisor assigned to the public information section and MPD Chief of Staff DeSiato should be held accountable and removed immediately from such official positions to regain trust from the community they are suppose to serve.

Village of Greendale Police Says They Can't Locate Or Identified 5 White Youths With Bicycles Who Allegedly Assualted An 11-year-old Black Youth While Selling Candy Door-to-door

Video clip courtesy of Vaun L. Mayes. Mayes, a Black Community organizer and activist asked the Black youths about their incident while they marched to the Greendale Police Department.

Village of Greendale police have so far failed to locate and cite 5 White youths who allegedly assaulted a Black youth who was going door-to-door selling candy, instead, one Black adult chaperone and three Black youths including the 11-year-old that was assaulted were taken into custody.

October 25, 2021

Village of Greendale, WI - On Monday, the Village of Greendale police released a two page press release in relation to an October 17 incident where an adult Black male (chaperone) and three Black youths were taken into custody for disorderly conduct and other charges. Police also indicated that they have no leads or information about 5 White youths riding bicycles who allegedly assaulted an 11-year-old Black youth who was selling candy door-to-door.

Also on Monday, dozens of protesters held a press conference in front of the Village of Greendale Village Hall while several Greendale School Board members, Mary Laurel Grogan and Kathleen Wied-Vincent, the Village of Greendale President Jason Cyborowski holding a "We support the Greendale Police" including Board trustee Colleen Fechtmeyer who was holding a "Back the Blue" sign stood across the street in support of the Greendale police actions on October 17, even if it seemed excessive action with racially motivated intent against the very same 11-year-old Black youth who had been assaulted by 5 White racist youths, according to those attending the protest.

The Black youths and an aunt who was a witness when the Black youths were taken into custody says, that police were very rude and didn't take their assault complaint seriously. Police say they tried to get additional information from the victims about the alleged 5 White youths involved in the assault, but were unsuccessful.

Police did confirm on their press release that they haven't identified any of the alleged 5 White youths involved in the assault case of the 11-year-old Black youth, although, where all the Black youths and their chaperone were taken into custody by police, at least one of the White youths involved in the assault incident happens to reside in that same immediate area.

The Black chaperone and the Black youths did inform the police officers at the scene that one of the White racist youths lived in that address, which police have as of yet not taken any action against the White youth that was identified.

Instead, police arrested the Black youths and adult chaperone for the following charges. The Black adult chaperone was arrested, charged and cited for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and misuse of 911. The three Black youths were arrested and cited for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. One of the Black youths was also cited for criminal damage to property after damaging the interior of a police squad.

The protesters after their press conference at the Village Hall marched in the street towards the Village of Greendale Police Department, which was closed and attempts by the leaders of the protest to speak to someone at the police station was unsuccessful, since no one from the department came out to answer and open the door, despite repeated attempts.

According to the Village of Greendale Police Department Facebook account, it says that they are always open, but it seems that they are not open for Black and White protesters marching against police racially motivated acts, which in this case targeted an 11-year-old Black victim of an assault involving what some might label as a criminal bicycle gang of White youths targeting Black youths in the village.

Brief note: For those that missed it, the Back the Blue flag and line was used in the January 6, 2021 Trump Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great (MAGA) insurrection attempt to keep the U.S. Congress from certifying the Electoral College vote indicating that Joe Biden (D) was the newly elected U.S. President.

Village Of Greendale Police Department Facing Major Protest Over Arrest Of Black Teens Involving An Alleged Assault By Five White Teens Over Candy Sale

People of color protest and a press conference set for Monday at the Village of Greendale Village Hall to address the arrest of Black teens by village police after one of the Black teens was allegedly assaulted by at least 5 White teens over a candy sale rejection.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A.
October 23, 2021

Village of Greendale, WI - A major community of color gathering (press conference/protest) is planned for Monday, October 25, 2021 at 5:00p.m. in front of the Village of Greendale Village Hall, 6500 Northway in Greendale, according to a Facebook post event by Chanese 4 Justice. The anticipated press conference is in regards to a village police incident that resulted with the arrest of multiple Black teens shortly after one of the Black teens was allegedly assaulted by five White teens when he refused to sell candy for $2 to a White teen. Apparently, the White teen including four other accomplices (all White teens) then assaulted the Black teen.

According to protest organizer, "The Greendale police used excessive force against African American children who were selling candy bars. The children were previously jumped by 5 white boys who were not talked to by the police or harmed in any way."

Village police responding to the incident at Elberton Ave. and Westway arrested at least three Black teens including the teen that was assaulted by the White teens. None of the White teens were taken into custody, according to the aunt of the Black teen that was assaulted by the White teens. The aunt of the Black teen posted her account of what allegedly occurred in her Facebook account and included photos of her nephew being arrested as well and video of at least three Black teens being arrested including her own son for criticizing village police for targeting the Black teens after they verbally taunted the village police officers, according to the aunt.

It is not clear, if any of the White teens involved were either cited or taken into custody for assaulting the Black teen. At least one of the White teens involved was located after the vehicle that the Black victims were in stalled in front of his house and the White teen's father came out and got into a verbal confrontation with the aunt, according to her FB post (Angelica Vs Angie).

The aunt hasn't updated her FB post to include what her son, nephew and the other Black teen were cited for.

The Village of Greendale police has had a history of profiling Latinos at Southridge Mall including an incident where a Latina driver was stopped by a Village of Greendale police sergeant and was asked for her social security number and citizenship. By law, no person is obligated to give their social security number to police when asked during a traffic violation stop.

In the Latino profiling incident, a brief history of former Village of Greendale Police Chief Robert Malasuk when he was a sergeant: In 2006, then Sergeant Malasuk, along with then Police Officer Matt Borkoski and a Lt. were conducting an illegal operation inside the Southridge Mall, which they profiled and targeted suspected Latino gang members by the clothing they were wearing. Sgt. Malasuk, Officer Borkoski and a unidentified Lt. stopped a male Latino teen and his sister and began to harass him, which was witnessed by the former managing editor of El Conquistador Newspaper, H. Nelson Goodson who was shopping at the mall.

Sgt. Malasuk noticed the editor and came up to him and threatened to arrest him for just withnessing the incident. Goodson identified himself as a news reporter too.

Goodson then followed up on the incident and contacted then Robert J. Dams, the Chief of Police in that time. Sgt. Malasuk later denied that he had threaten Goodson. In response, Goodson said that Malasuk had lied to Chief Dams.

Goodson in response wrote multiple articles exposing the illegal and profiling operation by the Village of Greendale Police Department to warn Latinos in the metropolitan area about being targeted while shopping at Southridge Mall in 2006.

Goodson was also a witness in the Village of Greendale case that local Attorney Narciso Aleman handle in representing the Latino male and his sister.

In the traffic stop incident, a Latina driver in 2017 was stopped by Village of Greendale Police Sergeant Karczewski and was asked for her Social Security and U.S. Citizenship. When she attempted to file a complaint against the sergeant, Chief Malasuk threatened her with filing criminal charges against her. She decided not to file a police complaint against Sgt. Karczewski.

Chief Malasuk retired in 2018 from the Village of Greendale Police Department and joined the Wisconsin State Fair Park Police as a part time Detective Lieutenant in 2019.

The current Village of Greendale Police Chief is Ryan Rosenow.

Update: On Monday (10/25/21), dozens of protesters (people of color including Whites, some residents of Greendale) gathered at the Greendale Village Hall to address the arrest of three Black youths on October 17 by Greendale police. The Greendale police released a press release on Monday detailing their account of what had happened.

One of the Black youths, an 11-year-old male was the victim of an assault by 5 White teens in bicycles. One White teen was located by the victims, but has yet to be held accountable for the assault by police. Police say, that none of the alleged White suspects has been arrested and no leads have been found to make arrests in the alleged Black youth assault.

Unfortunately, Greendale police only arrested a Black adult and three Black youths for disorderly conduct and other related charges, according to their press release.

3-year-old Major P. Harris Found Deceased, Milwaukee Police Reported

Harris went missing on October 14th after his mother was found deceased in Milwaukee.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

October 21, 2021

Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, the Milwaukee Police Department reported that the body Major P. Harris, 3, was found deceased in the area of N. 35 Street and W. Rohr Ave. in Milwaukee.

According to a neighbor, Harris's body was found inside a blue recycling bin. Recycling items were picked up a day before and the body must have been placed in the bin overnight or earlier before noon when it was located in the blue bin. The blue bin was transported to the Milwaukee Police building to process evidence.

Apparently, where the body was found, there are surveillance cameras. Police are reviewing any video footage that would lead to the individual or individuals that placed Harris's body in the recycling blue bin.

The investigation is ongoing and police are treating it as a homicide investigation.

Harris went missing after his mother, Mallery Muenzenberger, 25, was found deceased (murdered) in the backyard of a house near N. 37 and W. Clarke St. and Clark had become a person of interest in the homicide case.

On Sunday, Milwaukee police reported that the body of Jaheem C. Clark, 20, had been found at a home located at the 5400 block of N. 38 Street shortly after arriving at the scene. According to police, they arrived at the home around 4:01p.m. and later heard several gunshots from inside the home. They entered the home and located the Clark's body with a self-inflicted wound. No officer fired a weapon, according to the police report.

It was believed that Harris might have been murdered after Clark committed suicide and didn't leave any note or information to the whereabouts of Harris.

Police have arrested several suspects in connection with Muenzenberger's homicide.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office reported that Harris died from a gunshot wound to the head and ruled it a homicide. The Medical Examiner also says that an autopsy was conducted on October 19 and Clark's death was ruled as a suicide due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Update: According to Vaun L. Mayes, one of the Milwaukee Black community organizers that led local search parties to locate Harris criticized the Milwaukee Police Department for not letting search groups in the area that also included police officers know that Harris's body had been located until several hours had passed. Police investigators knew when Harris's body was found, but yet, they didn't notified none of the local search parties in the area, which unknownly continued to search for Harris while it rained.

Former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales Sworn-in As Fitchburg Police Chief And First Day On The Job Is Monday

Morales first day as Chief of Police in Fitchburg is Monday.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

October 18, 2021

Fitchburg, WI - On Monday, former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales who was demoted to Police Captain and immediately retired in August 2020 from the Milwaukee Police Department will begin his first day as Chief of Police in Fitchburg. Fitchburg is a suburb in Madison and is located in Dane County.

Morales was sworn-in as Fitchburg's Police Chief on Saturday.

Former Milwaukee Police Chief Morales was previously demoted to Captain in the City of Milwaukee and was allegedly accused of lying to members of the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission and not completing certain demands from the Commission.

Morales sued the City of Milwaukee for violating his employment due process when he was demoted to Police Captain and he later received a $626,000 settlement with the condition that he wouldn't be reinstated back on the job as Milwaukee Police Chief.

Morales is a known Trump supporter. Fitchburg is considered a majority liberal City compared to Milwaukee, which the majority of voters are Democrats.

The MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again/Keep Amerikkka Great) Milwaukee Police Association, which endorsed Trump for President also backed Morales during his controversial demotion.

Morales was also accused of lying by Voces de la Frontera, an immigrant rights organization who learned that Morales was collaboratively working with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to detain undocumented immigrants without judicial warrants in the City, after Morales would denied that he wasn't. Morales testified at a Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission hearing that on September 23, 2019 in the Southside of Milwaukee, the ICE arrest of Jose Alejandro de la Cruz-Espinosa, 38, by ICE agents and Milwaukee police officers was due to a legal warrant to detain him. But, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) found that ICE only had an administrative ICE warrant signed by an agent and not by a federal judge to arrest Cruz-Espinoza. Cruz-Espinoza was later released by ICE pending the outcome of the immigration case when news broke out about the illegal arrest by both ICE agents and Milwaukee police officers who denied Cruz-Espinoza his due process rights by illegally turning him over to ICE at the scene without a legal warrant by ICE.

None of the police officers involved in the incident with ICE were ever held accountable by Morales for illegally turning over Cruz-Espinoza to ICE and violating his due process rights.

Morales will be the Chief of Police for a small City of 32,000 in population compared to the City of Milwaukee, which had nearly 600,000 in population.

Morales will earn a salary per year of an estimated $65,093 to $85,152.

Fitchburg has an estimated 42 sworn officers including supervisors compared to the City of Milwaukee, which has an approximate 1,800 sworn officers.

Black Panthers, Brown Berets And FLAC Activist Denied Entrance To A Lutheran Church Holding Town Hall Meeting With Milwaukee Common Council President Johnson

Members of the Original Black Panthers, Brown Berets including a FLAC activist from Milwaukee who wanted to attend a town hall meeting at a local Lutheran Church in the Northside with Milwaukee Common Council President Cavalier Johnson were denied entrance by Winkel, the pastor of the Redemption Lutheran Church who had Milwaukee police officers enforce his decision to prevent some members of the Black and Latino community from attending and participating in the meeting.

Milwaukee, WI - On Saturday, according to Robert Miranda, a FLAC (Freshwater for Life Action Coalition) advocate, the Milwaukee Common Council president Cavalier Johnson held a community meeting at Redemption Lutheran church located at 5146 N. 68 Street in Milwaukee. In an effort to address the president of the Common Council, in front of area residents, we were denied access into the meeting by Christian Winkel, the church pastor, Miranda posted on his Facebook (FB) account.

Members of the Original Black Panthers, Brown Berets and Miranda recorded a live FB videos where they publicly exposed what had happened to them on Saturday while attempting to attend the Town Hall meeting.

Miranda's FB post read, "Cavalier Johnson has been negligent pursuing any update from the Wisconsin Attorney General, Josh Kaul who has been dragging his feet on the criminal investigation of tte Milwaukee Health Department Lead Program. Thousands of Milwaukee families were harmed because of mismanagement, misconduct, falsifying official government documents, malfeasance, and a host of other criminal neglect actions."

"The criminal investigation is now entering its third year and still no update from the Departmebt of Justice. This is a criminal investigation that was requested by not only our group, it was also requested by former Commin Council president Ashanti Hamilton and former Public Safety and Health Committee chairman, Robert Donovan.

"The neglect of public health in Milwaukee has continued without accountability. An independent audit released in March 2020 by the Public Health Foundation found that little was done to repair the lead program. The report exposed Mayor Barrett was lying to the community when he said that the health department put in place reforms, policies and protocols to prevent the scandal that occurred in 2018 in which thousands of Milwaukee children were harmed by health officials mismanaging the lead program.

"Council president Cavalier Johnson is more than willing to sweep the entire matter under the rug to save Mayor Barrett and all officials involved in the harm done to Milwaukee residents from being held accountable. This is more than tragic. This is a criminal act. Cover up."

Darryl King Rick Farmer II from the Original Black Panthers also posted on his FB account, "*PLEASE SHARE* WHEN THE KING SAYS MILWAUKEE IS THE MOST RACIST AND HYPER-SEGREGATED CITY IN AMERIKKKA!!! THE TRUTH ROARS LIKE THAT OF A PANTHER!! TODAY THE ORIGINAL BLACK AND BROWN PANTHERS, THE BROWN BERETS, ROBERT MIRANDA, FLAC ALONG WITH THE BIGGEST PANTHER IN THE JUNGLE,  KING RICK WERE DENIED ACCESS TO A TOWN HALL MEETING!! THE WHITE CHURCH PASTOR ALONG WITH COMMON COUNCIL PRESIDENT CAVELIER JOHNSON TOLD THE MILWAUKEE POLICE DEPARTMENT NOT TO ALLOW US ACCESS TO A TOWN HALL MEETING BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT US THERE!! WTF?? ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE IN THE SO CALLED HOUSE OF GOD!! WYJD?? DID HE NOT TURN OVER TABLES IN THE.. .TEMPLE?? NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE!! STAY TUNED....."

Johnson, Winkel nor the Milwaukee Police Department have released any statement concerning, why were some members of the Black and Latino community denied entrance to what was supposed to be a open community Town Hall meeting with Johnson.

Why Haven't President Joe Biden (D) And The U.S. Congress Passed Comprehensive Immigration Reform With A Path To Citizenship For More Than 13M Undocumented Immigrants In The U.S. Today?

Why haven't President Joe Biden (D) and the majority of Dems in the U.S. Congress pushed and passed Comprehensive Immigration Reform with a path to citizenship for more than 13M undocumented immigrants in the U.S. today? Simply put, legalizing more than 13M of undocumented immigrants today would definitely confirm what White nationalists like former President Donald Trump (R/MAGA) and White supremacists fear the most, that by 2050, Latinos (Hispanics) will become the majority in the U.S.A.

U.S. born Latinos and undocumented Latinos inject more than $2.5T into the U.S. economy and have become the essential backbone of the U.S. economy for decades.

In Wisconsin alone, undocumented immigrants contribute more than $90M in combined taxes per year.

Naive petty political differences today have attempted to slow down our growth to become tomorrow's essential political empowerment, it has definitely become inevitable for our own quest to become a united people's movement with the common goal to succeed and clear the path for generations to come and help make the U.S.A. one nation under Latino economic and political dominance, and well being for all.
