Tennessee Christmas Day Alleged Bombing Suspect Identified As White Domestic Terrorist Anthony Quinn Warner From Nashville

December 28, 2020

Nashville, Tennessee - Federal investigators in Nashville alleged that the person of interest or the alleged Christmas Day bomber is  Anthony Quinn Warner, 63, an alleged Trump MAGA (Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) supporter. Warner owned a white recreational vehicle (RV) similar to the vehicle used in the bombing by the suspect. A similar RV exploded on Christmas Day in front of the AT&T building in Nashville and authorities found human remains at the crime scene.

The feds confirmed that the human remains have been identified by DNA match belonging to Warner including his RV used in the explosion by the VIN number found at the crime scene. Authorities also believe that the alleged White domestic terrorist suspect committed suicide.

Apparently, a real estate agent contacted the FBI after Warner's name was mentioned as a person of interest and told authorities that Warner had transferred two homes that he owned to a Michelle Swing, 29, from Los Angeles, one home is worth $160,000 and the second one is worth $249,000 without charging Swing for the homes. Both homes are located in the same street. Swing told authorities that she didn't know that Warner had transferred the homes to her and she paid $0 dollars for the homes, according to property transfer deeds in Tennessee.

Warner might have been paranoid with the 5G technology, according to mainstream news outlets.

Escobar was one of the nearly 500 educational activists involved during the August 27, 1970 University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Takeover seeking higher education for Hispanics in the Milwaukee and Wisconsin area that were not allowed to enrolled due to a discriminatory policy in the UW-System in the early 1970's.

Milwaukee, WI - On November 24th, Margie Escobar, 86, passed away from complications with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), according to family. Escobar tested positive on November 14 and was later hospitalized.

GoFundMe account was created for Escobar's funeral expenses.

Escobar was also a Tejano music enthusiast and loved to dance Tejano for more than 50 years with her beloved husband Jorge M. Escobar.

She also dedicated her time as a teacher's aid.

On August 27, 1970, Escobar was one of the nearly 500 educational activists that participated at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) Takeover, which sought higher education for Latinos in Milwaukee and the state. Latinos at the time faced a discriminatory education barrier that was practiced and kept local Hispanics from enrolling at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee under then Chancellor J. Martin Klotsche at Chapman Hall. "Discriminatory treatment was the norm," cited from Myraid Magazine UWM 1990.

In 1970, only 14 Hispanic students were enrolled compared to 25,000 White students and there were no Latino faculty at UWM at the time. Escobar's role helped open the doors of education for thousands of Latinos in the state of Wisconsin UW-System.

Their success in 1970 helped create the Spanish Speaking Outreach Institute (SSOI) at UWM, which focus on recruitement, advising and retention of Hispanic university students. The SSOI was later renamed in 1996 the Roberto Hernandez Center and since 1970 thousands of Hispanics have graduated.

December 4, 2020

Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, Nicholas Alioto, 55, the manager of Serb Hall in Milwaukee passed away. Alioto was tested positive on November 17 for Coronavirus (COVID-19) about 14 days before his death, but experienced mild symptoms. According, to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office, Alioto had diabetes and apparently died from hypertensive cardiovascular disease, or heart problems caused by high blood pressure. The Medical Examiner’s Office hasn't ruled, if Alioto died from complications with COVID-19.

On November 14, Alioto who was a Trump MAGA (Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) supporter faced an attack by fellow MAGAs including Perfecto Rivera, a WISN 1130AM Radio host and former Republican candidate for Congress when he grabbed the microphone away from Alioto at an outdoor Trump "Defend Your Vote" rally,  according to a recorded video.  Alioto attempted to force those attending the rally to seat down and to wear facemasks as mandated by the Milwaukee Department of Health and City Ordinance to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The attendance for the outdoor rally was limited to 100 people for a political event, but more than several hundred MAGAs attended the event and most were standing around, not practicing distancing and not wearing facemasks.

Alioto was told by fellow MAGAs to "get out of here, you were not invited" eventhough he was the manager of Serb Hall who allowed the Republican Party of Milwaukee County to hold the outdoor rally in the parking lot of Serb Hall.

Alioto had warned the crowd of MAGAs to seat down or he would shut down the rally in order to avoid being fined by the Milwaukee Department of Health for COVID-19 restriction violations or lose the business license.

Alioto was pushed to the side by a MAGA and lost his balance in the ordeal.

The Republican Party of Milwaukee County announced this week that it had raised at least $3,000 in donations to help pay for the fines that Serb Hall was allegedly cited for.

In January 2014, Alioto pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor stemming from several corruption charges during a plea deal facing a felony charges. The San Diego Union-Tribune reported that Alioto faced eight charges of bribery, perjury, and filing false documents stemming from a wide-ranging gift-giving probe in the community college district and two other school districts in the South Bay. He pleaded guilty to one charge of aiding in commission of a crime. Alioto was ordered to perform 160 hours of community service and pay a fine of about $8,000, according to the report. He resigned as Vice-president of the Southwestern College in 2011.

Serb Hall remained closed on Friday during their Fish Friday sale in memory of Alioto.

Black Man Chanted Trump "4 More Years And U.S.A." At A Milwaukee Southside Intersection, Trump Also Defeated Again In Both Milwaukee And Dane Counties After $3M Recount Ends

Biden confirmed the winner after $3M recount paid by the Trump campaign.

November 26, 2020

Milwaukee, WI - A lonely Black soul chanting for Trump on November 20th identified as Cedric Powell by Facebook friends, who was chanting "4 more years and U.S.A." while wearing a Trump flag and waving a Mexican flag at the intersection of S. 27th Street and W. Oklahoma Ave. in the Southside of Milwaukee. Trump (MAGA-R) lost the 2020 presidential election to Biden (D) on November 3rd. Biden received 306 Electoral votes compared to Trump's 232 Electoral votes, only 270 Electoral votes were needed to win the election. https://youtu.be/0ErUa1FgJ9w

The $3M two County recent recount paid by the Trump campaign ended on Wednesday in Milwaukee County, which confirmed that Biden won Wisconsin's 10 Electoral votes with more than 20,600 votes including both Democratic strongholds in Dane and Milwaukee Counties.

Biden will be sworn-in to office and will become the 46th U.S. President at noon on January 20, 2021.

Trump's criminal immunity ends at noon on January 20th as well.

Biden won Wisconsin with the Latino and Black vote including in the U.S. More than 16.5M Latinos voted in the November 3rd election with Biden getting 70% of the Hispanic vote and Trump 30%, according to Latino Decision and the Pew Research Center.

In Wisconsin, the Latinos for Trump (LFT/MAGA-Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) failed to attract the Latino vote for Trump in both Dane and Milwaukee Counties including throughout the state. A LFT campaign office was also opened at the 700 block of W. Historic Mitchell Street, but failed to turnout the Hispanic vote for Trump.

The Latino MAGAs failure in Wisconsin was eminent after creating a Facebook Latino MAGA page (https://bit.ly/30okuXc) in August 2019, which promoted Nazi propaganda and hate in the state targeting certain Latino/Hispanic activists and its link was connected to the Trump campaign donation site.

America overwhelmingly rejected Trump's MAGA Amerikkka on November 3rd.

Facebook Video Showed Serb Hall Manager Nicholas Alioto Shoved To The Ground By MAGAs After Attempting To Enforce Safe Practice Distancing At The Outdoor "Defend Your Vote" Part 2 Rally In Milwaukee

Alioto who voted for Trump in the November 3rd election claims that he was assaulted by MAGAs during an outdoor event after attempting to enforce distancing at crowed venue.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

November 14, 2020

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Saturday, Milwaukee police arrested one individual after Nicholas Alioto, the manager of Serb Hall at the 5100 block of W. Oklahoma Ave. was assaulted by multiple individuals (MAGAs - Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) after attempting to enforce the City of Milwaukee Health Department COVID-19 restrictions such as distancing at a crowed outdoor event "Defend Your Vote" part 2 venue. At least, 500 MAGAs including former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke and the Republican Party of Milwaukee County (RPMC) Chair David Karst were present. The RPMC sponsored the outdoor rally.

Alioto claims that he was shoved to the ground and kicked several times by individuals at the Trump supporting event. Alioto is heard in the Facebook video (video made available by photojournalist Jade Birch, first aired by Fox6News) telling the crowd to "sit down", in order to practice distancing or he would stop the Trump rally venue to avoid losing Serb Hall's business license.

Apparently, two Milwaukee City Health inspectors were present at the outdoor parking lot venue and one was reported to have been assaulted (pushed by MAGAs) as well, according to a spokesperson from the Milwaukee Health Department. The City of Milwaukee Health Department inspectors were at the rally to enforce bar and restaurant outdoor COVID-19 seat down restrictions and facemask requirements to operate.

WISN Radio Host and known MAGA Vicki McKenna, a guest speaker defied the Milwaukee health officials at the rally and told Trump rally participants to "stand up" in violation of the COVID-19 order, which mandates that those attending an outdoor gathering in restaurants and bars should remain seated to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Most of the participants at the Serb Hall MAGA/GOP rally didn't wear a facemask as required by City health officials at restaurant and bar venues, especially political gatherings at local businesses.

In Milwaukee, outdoor seating capacity at restaurants and bars is 100 capacity and people must remain seating and wear facemasks when not eating or drinking, according to the local health officials and City ordinance.

Serb Hall will allegedly be cited with multiple $500 fines (3 citations) for violating  the City's COVID-19 safe practice restrictions during the pandemic business operating conditions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The MAGAs at the venue ignored Alioto's warning and the venue abruptly ended after police responded to the scene.

The rally participants then walked into the street along with Clarke to protest Biden's election and the City's COVID-19 outdoor restrictions.

The MAGAs in Wisconsin including in Milwaukee are upset that Trump (R) was defeated by Biden (D) in Wisconsin (Biden won 10 Electoral votes in WI) and who received a total of 306 Electoral votes nationally compared to Trump's mere 232 Electoral votes, 270 Electoral votes are needed to win the U.S. presidential election in 2020.

Trump lost his bid to get re-elected on November 3rd and America overwhelmingly rejected Trump's racist anti-immigrant stance and hate rhetoric towards people of color, especially Latinos, including his White nationalist MAGA Amerikkka agenda.

Update: According to WisconsinRightNow dot com., Perfecto Rivera, WHEDA's Business Development Officer, former Republican candidate for Congress District 4th (2006) and talkshow host at WISN-AM 1130 Radio "Valor Latino", since 2005 admitted that, “He said I pushed him and stole his microphone out of his hand and then other people were kicking him. I never touched his body. I did tear the microphone out of his hand. At that point, he was stealing our voice. That was my freedom of speech. When I took the microphone away. I laid it on the table where the power source was. It happened suddenly. I didn’t hurt the guy.”

During the incident, says Rivera, Alioto “attacked me and tried to choke me. I could feel it. The lack of his strength though in trying to choke me, I just walked away from it. He was trying to put his hands around my throat, and people were trying to pull him away from me. I didn’t see if he fell.”

A newly released video by WisconsinRightNow from a different angle shows Rivera grabbing the microphone away from Alioto and Alioto grabbing Rivera by the neck as Rivera attempts to turn away. Another individual wearing a dark beanie cap and red shirt and black jacket is seen grabbing a hold of Alioto and pulling to side as Alioto loses his balance.

Apparently, former Sheriff Clarke had told the crowd to stand up too and called for a Proud Boys chapter in Wisconsin. The Proud Boys are known as an alt-right White nationalist militia group. What Rivera and the rest of crowd at the rally didn't seemed to know was that Alioto is also a MAGA Trump supporter and voted for Trump on November 3rd.

It seems that the MAGAs were attacking the very same individual that allowed them to hold a pro-Trump rally at Serb Hall.

Editors note: It's unfortunate that MAGAs are attacking MAGAs today in Milwaukee as the result of Trump's major defeat by Biden on the November 3rd election and not respecting the rights of private businesses in complying with the Milwaukee Health Department and City ordinance that regulates huge gatherings at political outdoor venues at local restaurants and bars.

Shame on former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke and Vickie McKenna for telling people to standup in order to defy the seating down City mandate and Perfecto Rivera for being part of the incident at Serb Hall including the Republican Party of Milwaukee County for booking the pro-Trump rally knowing that the COVID-19 outdoor restrictions would be enforced in Milwaukee and not abiding by the health department's order and City ordinance regulating huge political gatherings during the Coronavirus pandemic and especially not making sure that MAGAs attending were made aware to wear facemasks at the rally, which could prevent a surge of COVID-19.

Blake is now paralyzed from the waist down and it is not known, if he will be permanently paralyzed.

Joe Biden Defeats Trump In The November 2020 Election

Latino MAGAs for Trump failed to re-elected him for a second term to the U.S. Presidency as Biden will become the 46th President and Kamala Harris, the first female of color to become the next Vice-president of the U.S.

Washington, D.C. - On Saturday, Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden, 77, was projected the winner of the November 3rd U.S. Presidential election 2020 by CNN after receiving more than 270 Electoral votes after Pennsylvania declared Biden the winner. Also Biden's Vice-presidential candidate Kamala Harris, 56, will become the first woman of color (Black/Southeastern Asian descent) to be elected.

Both U.S. President Donald Trump and his Vice-president Michael Pence were rejected by the majority Latino and African-American voters in the U.S. Latinos (MAGAs-Make America Great Again/Keep America Great) for Trump in Wisconsin failed to turnout the Hispanic vote for Trump including Michigan.

Biden received the majority of the Latino vote nationally with 74% of the Mexican-American vote compared to Trump who received at least 23% of the vote, according to exit polls by Latino Decisions (LD) dot com.

The breakdown according to LD, Biden received 70% of the Puerto Rican vote compared to Trump who received 26%of the vote.

Democracy Now dot org. reported that, Twenty-point-six million Latinos went to the polls in this election. That’s 64% of the 32 million eligible Latino voters, while in previous election cycles the turnout had been routinely below 50%. In raw numbers, 8 million more Latinos voted this year than in 2016. That’s a 63% increase over the last presidential elections.

In Wisconsin, Hispanics rejected Trump and they were instrumental in electing Biden/Harris. At least 135,000 eligible Latinos voted and Biden won with more than 20,000 votes giving Biden 10 Electoral votes in Wisconsin.

The Latino MAGAs for Trump in August 2019 created a fake Latino MAGA Facebook page in Wisconsin to promote Nazi propaganda including hate and to target Latino community activists and had also opened a Latinos for Trump campaign office (700 block of W. Historic Mitchell Street) in the Southside of Milwaukee where the predominantly Latino community resides, but Trump and the Latinos for Trump were chastised and rejected by the majority of the community for supporting Trump who is well known as a pathological liar with more than 20,500 lies and mistruths since, being at the White House and for his anti-Latino immigrant rants including hate and racist rhetoric targeted at immigrants of color.

Trump had prematurely claimed victory in getting re-elected after the November 3rd election and failed to realized that the majority of Latinos including African-Americans and White American eligible voters in the U.S. had rejected him and his White nationalist administration.

Julio Cesar Gumeta Ramos, A WI DACA Recipient Facing ICE Hold After Milwaukee County Conviction For OWI-2

Gameta Ramos is currently being held at the Milwaukee County House of Correction for a OWI-2 conviction and has a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold to face deportation proceedings, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

October 20, 2020

Milwaukee, WI - Julio Cesar Gumeta Ramos, 27, a registered Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipient in Wisconsin pleaded guilty in September to a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, second offense (OWI-2) and was sentenced to 12-months in the Milwaukee County House of Correction (HOC), which sentence was stayed by the presiding judge and probation imposed with 20-days to be served at the HOC. Gumeta Ramos is now facing a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) hold for deportation proceedings after he completes his sentence,  according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. Gumeta Ramos was ordered by Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Rebecca Kiefer to turn himself in on October 10th to begin his sentence at the HOC.

Gumeta Ramos is currently facing deportation due to his second misdemeanor conviction for OWI and under federal immigration laws, he is subject for deportation due to his 12-month sentence. If Gumeta Ramos would have been sentence less than 12-months for his conviction, he would have been eligible for release and remain as a DACA recipient. It is not clear, if Gumeta Ramos was advised by his attorney that by pleading guilty for the misdemeanor OWI-2, he would be subject for deportation under immigration federal laws signed into law by former President Bill Clinton (D).

Also, deportation proceedings apply to any Green Card permanent resident legally in the country and not a U.S. Citizen, if convicted for a misdemeanor crime and was imposed a 12-month sentence even, if the sentence is stayed or placed on probation.

According to Milwaukee County Court records, Judge Kiefer didn't advised Gumeta Ramos that, if he pleaded guilty, he would be subject for deportation.

Gumeta Ramos as a DACA recipient was able to qualify for a valid driver's license in Wisconsin, but his license was suspended on August 2019 after failing to pay a June 2019 citation fine for failure to keep vehicle under control, according to court records.

On October 12, 2019, Gumeta Ramos was cited for OWI, operating vehicle without insurance and refusal to submit to a sobriety test, according to the City of Milwaukee Municipal court records.

The Ayuda Mutua MKE Facebook page claims that Gumeta Ramos is not receiving his medication at the HOC and has launched a campaign to help release Gumeta Ramos from County custody, but an ICE hold would make it impossible for his release during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Ayuda Mutua MKE posted on Sunday that, "Julio Gumeta is a DACA recipient that has supported our communities and families. Demand County Executive David Crowley and your Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors to release Julio immediately!"

"House of Corrections is not providing him his medication..."

Gumeta Ramos is also known as an immigrant rights activist from Milwaukee.

Cleereman got out of the vehicle and confronted Edgecomb as he took out a gun and fired at Cleereman fatally striking him in the head.
