Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Alan V. Ontiveros, 23, was criminally charged with 5 felony counts, homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, 2nd-degree reckless homicide, hit-and-run involving death, knownly operate a vehicle without a driver license causing death and homicide by use of vehicle with PAC, in connection with the June 21, 2026 death of Faisal Hussain, 47, according to Milwaukee County court records.
If convicted on all counts, Ontiveros is facing up to more than 106 years in prison and up to $410,000 in fines, or both.
According to the criminal complaint, Ontiveros was driving along the 1100 block of W. Greenfield Ave. while intoxicated and crossed the median into oncoming traffic and struck Hussain's vehicle causing his death. Ontiveros attempted to flee on foot, but was detained by several men until police arrived and took him into custody.
