West Allis, Wisconsin - On February 2, 2025, an individual now allegedly identified as Álvaro Ramos-Montejo, 40, of South Milwaukee apparently called 911 to report that La Herradura taco food truck was parked at a abandoned parking lot located at S. 60 Street and W. Beloit Road in West Allis. When police arrived at the mentioned parking lot, they found that the operator had permission from the owner of the parking lot to park and also La Herradura had a City of Milwaukee food truck permit allowing the food truck to park anywhere where permissible and authorized to sell food in Milwaukee County.

Police also visited the operator of Las Palmas Bar & Restaurant because apparently the caller in a recorded video released by Xochitl Maximino in La Taquería Herradura Facebook (FB) page said he was from Las Palmas Bar & Restaurant. The actual operator of Las Palmas told West Allis police that he, nor anyone from Las Palmas had called police to report La Herradura at an abandoned property parking lot.

Apparently, Ramos-Montejo had called Maximino and when Maximino returned the call, the call was video recorded. Ramos-Montejo in the call with Maximino falsely pretended to identify himself as the operator of Las Palmas, which later was discovered that he was lying. In the call, Ramos-Montejo admitted that he had called La Migra (USICE) and reported La Herradura, in addition he threatened to remove La Herradura taco food truck from the location it was parked at. (video call link: https://youtube.com/shorts/sd5bedG535k)

So far, Maximino from La Herradura has yet to publicly apologize to the owners of Las Palmas Bar & Restaurant for prematurely posting the video call in social media without first verifying, if in fact the individual Maximino had talked too was the actual owner of Las Palmas.

The Herradura FB video call post went viral, but was taken down later.

On Wednesday both Hugo Rivera and Tony Rivera confirmed the Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that Maximino has not publicly apologized for posting the video call with Ramos-Montejo pretending to be from Las Palmas. Hugo and Tony also say that they began to receive a multitude of threatening calls at Las Palmas immediately after Maximino posted the video in La Taquería Herradura Facebook page.

West Allis police continue with the ongoing investigation to identity who called 911 and reported La Taquería Herradura.

Tony Rivera from Las Palmas in his personal social media (Facebook) account posted a statement that neither he, nor any employees from Las Palmas Restaurant had called La Herradura to threaten them.

Taquería Buenavista also posted a statement on their social media (Facebook) page apologizing to both Las Palmas and La Herradura for having their business involved in the incident about calling La Migra and threatening to remove La Herradura taco food truck from the private parking lot located about a block away.

The Taquería Buenavista didn't identity, nor did it confirm an employee was responsible for the calls to 911 or to La Herradura, but admitted the business was connected to the incident.

Statement from Taquería Buenavista, "We want to make it clear that this incident is not related to the values or operations of Taqueria Buenavista. We deeply regret that our establishment has been involved in this matter and are committed to clarifying the situation appropriately."

Facebook users allegedly identified, Ramos-Montejo, as the individual making the call to La Herradura operator Maximino and pretending to be the operator of Las Palmas Restaurant.

The owner of the Taquería Buenavista at S. 60 Street and W. Burnham Ave. in West Allis is Enicacio Sánchez.

Attempts on Tuesday by HNNUSA to contact Maximino from La Herradura were unsuccessful.

Waukesha, Wisconsin - On Friday, Hank Donald Glembin, 34, of New Berlin was charged with two felony counts of identity theft and two misdemeanor counts of impersonating a peace officer (off-duty U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent) in Waukesha County.

If convicted, Glembin is facing up to 6 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, or both for each felony count of identify theft, and up to 9 months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, or both for each misdemeanor count of impersonating a peace officer.

A $2,000 signature bond was set for Glembin and was scheduled for a Waukesha County Court hearing on February 13, 2025, according to Waukesha County Court records.

According to the criminal complaint, Glembin was wearing a black cap with the yellow initials CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection), border patrol clothing, Khaki pants, a green duty vest with the right side patch saying Agent, and a left side patch that read DHS (Department of Homeland Security) in line one, CBPBPA (Customs and Border Protection-Border Patrol Agent) in line 2 and Agent H.D. Glembin in line 3, and in possession of false identification, a black firearm and handcuffs, when he encounter two police officers from separate police jurisdictions in Waukesha County.

On January 25, 2025, a Muskego female police officer was investigating a vehicle striking a deer at Racine Avenue and Cardinal Drive, when Glembin driving a green Ford Ranger pickup truck pulled over at the scene and offered to help her. Glembin told the Muskego officer that he was driving around when he came upon the scene. Glembin identified himself as an off-duty "border control" agent.

The Muskego officer had to tell Glembin that she was in relationship after Glembin began to hit on her. Later that night he went to the Muskego Police Department and asked for the female officer, which she then began to doubt that Glembin was a federal agent.

On January 29, 2025, a New Berlin male police officer did a traffic stop around W. National Ave and South Fountain Square Blvd for a registration check, when Glembin wearing his CBP clothes and black cap, green duty vest and gear pulled over in his pickup truck and asked, if the officer needed help, the officer declined.

The New Berlin Police Department later initiated an investigation on Glembin and when police contacted the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency, a agent confirmed that Glembin was not an agent with the CBP.

Police and the CBP agent were able to verify that the CBP duty clothing, green duty vest and the CBP identification used by Glembin were fake and Glembin later confessed to police after getting arrested, that he ordered the fake CBP agent identification from the internet and that he wanted to be CBP agent.

Glembin is a U.S. Marine veteran.

In 2023, Hank and his wife Savanah Rose Glembin had their young son taken away by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families - Child Protective Services for posting a TikTok video showing Hank in army fatigues holding his son wrapped in plastic wrap from the shoulder to his legs in order to get likes. The TikTok video went viral and then later Savanah posted a video that her son was taken by the Child Protective Services in the state, her son was later returned.

On October 2, 2024, Hank filed for divorce from Savanah, according to Waukesha County Court records.
