FBI Joins Milwaukee Police Investigation Of Puerto Rican Impromptu Flag Waving August 19th Celebration Mass Shooting At El Rey Foodmart Parking Lot In The Southside

The FBI and Milwaukee police are seeking any cellphone video of the August 19th mass shooting that occurred at the El Rey Foodmart parking lot that left 9 victims injured.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reported that they are assisting the Milwaukee Police Department in the investigation of a mass shooting that left 9 victims injured ages 16 to 42, which occurred on August 19, 2023 at 11:43 p.m. during the Puerto Rican impromptu flag waving and cruising celebration at the El Rey Foodmart parking lot, 1400 W. Burnham Street in the Southside of Milwaukee.

Last Thursday, several Milwaukee police officers told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that at least 2 suspects have been arrested in connection with the El Rey Foodmart parking lot mass shooting. The Milwaukee Police Department has not confirmed or denied that 2 suspects connected to the shooting are in custody.
