Donald J. Trump Booked And Charged At The Fulton County Sheriff's Jail In Georgia With Multiple Felony Counts For Alleged Election Fraud And Racketeering In 2020

Trump posted a $200,000 bond to be released from Georgia jail in Atlanta.

Atlanta, Georgia - On Thursday, Donald J. Trump, 77, was booked at the Fulton County Sheriff's Jail on 13 criminal felony counts in connection with alleged election fraud and racketeering in Atlanta, Georgia. Trump posted a $200,000 bond with 10% cash down needed to post full bond.

19 defendants including Trump allegedly engaged in a criminal enterprise to overturn an election in 2020, according to Georgia prosecutors and criminal charges.

Trump has become the first former U.S. President to be booked, take a mugshot and charged in Georgia.

• Scott Graham Hall, former Georgia bail bondsman

• John Charles Eastman, Trump's former attorney 

• Cathleen Alston Latham, former GOP Chair, Coffee County 

• David James Shafer, former Chair, Georgia Republican Party

• Jenna Lynn Ellis, former Trump Campaign attorney

• Mark Randall Meadows, former Trump Chief of Staff

• Sidney Katherine Powell, former Trump Campaign attorney 

• Harrison William Prescott Floyd, Excessive Director of Voices for Trump

• Kenneth John Chesebro

• Jeffrey Bossert Clark

• Ray Stallings Smith III

• Robert David Cheeley

• Michael A. Roman

• Stephen Cliffgard Lee

• Trevian C. Kutti

• Misty Hampton, aka, Emily Misty Hayes

• Shawn Micah Tresher Still

If convicted on all felony counts, the defendants including Trump will be eligible for a pardon from a Pardon Board after serving 5 years of their sentence in Georgia.

At the GOP Presidential debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a majority (7) potential candidates confirmed that they would support Trump, if he was criminally convicted for a state and federal criminal convictions. Two of the candidates won't support Trump, if convicted for a criminal offense.
