76-year-old Donald J. Trump Charged With 34 Felony Counts For Falsifying Business Records In The Stormy Daniels Hush-money Payment

Former U.S. President  Trump has been criminally charged with 34 felony counts for falsifying business records.

Manhattan, N.Y. - On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Donald J. Trump, 76, pleaded not guilty in criminal court. Trump was criminally charged with 34 felony counts for falsifying business records.

If convicted, Trump is facing life in prison. Each Felony E count can result between 1 to 5 years in prison.

Trump was criminally processed, fingerprinted, officially arrested and given a copy of the criminal indictment. He appeared at a Manhattan Court for arraignment to face a multiple criminal charges in the hush-money campaign payment to Stormy Daniels, a porno actress.

Other pending criminal investigations against Trump are election interference in Fulton County in Georgia, handling of classical documents (USDOJ) and January 6th insurrection (USDOJ).
