55-Year-old Rita Frances Bellew Charged With Ethnic Intimidation And Harassment In The Amy's Family Pizzaria Racist Rant In Hatboro, PA

Bellew is facing up to one year in jail, if convicted for ethnic intimidation and harassment in Hatboro.

Borough of Hatboro, Pennsylvania - The Hatboro Police Department reported on Friday, March 3, 2023, that Rita Frances Bellew, 55, was charged with one misdemeanor count for ethnic intimidation and harassment.

If convicted, Bellew is facing up to one year in jail.

Bellew is scheduled for a preliminary arraignment hearing on April 5, 2023 at the Montgomery County Magistrate District Court.

On February 23, 2023, an alleged Trump MAGA supporter and patriot, Bellew, a CPA from the Borough of Hatboro, Pennsylvania in Montgomery County saw a Spanish-language TV program being watched at Amy's Family Pizzaria at the 300 block of S. York Rd and engaged in a racist rant against the owner, Omar Quiñónes who is originally from Guatemala. 

Bellew's racist remarks and rant was video recorded by the Pizzaria and posted in TicTok.

Bellew had ordered food, she then canceled and wanted a refund on her credit card because a TV Spanish-language program was being viewed at the pizzaria.

Her Facebook account was Frances Rita Frances, a Trump MAGA Patriot, which Bellew says she had 4,000 followers. She disabled her account, shortly sfter the Amy's Family Pizzaria incident.
