Milwaukee, WI - On Thursday, a Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent confirmed to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that a 501c (3) non-profit organization can not use their e-mail organization's service to send out their 501c (4) political arm e-mail, according to federal law and the IRS. In the case of Voces de la Frontera (VDLF), a non-profit 501c (3) status organization,  it has been operating its e-mail service in violation of federal law by continuing to send out their political arm Voces de la Frontera Action (VDLFA) e-mails and political propaganda, which could eventually jeopardize their non-profit status.
Also, VDLF has a VDLFA page with political propaganda included in the non-profit organization website as well.
