Multiple Vehicles Displaying Mexican Flag Towed By Milwaukee County Sheriff Deputies For Violations Involving Open Bottle And Squealing Tires At Mitchell Park

An impromptu Mexican flag waving cruising event at Mitchell Park in Milwaukee drew more than 300 vehicles prompting Milwaukee County Sheriff deputies to close the parking lot and disperse crowds.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, multiple people (drivers) were cited by Milwaukee County Sheriff deputies for open bottle (beers) and squealing tires including burning rubber involved in an impromptu Mexican flag cruising and parading event that originated at the Mitchell Park Domes parking lot. The impromptu event drew more than three hundred vehicles and scores of crowds of all ages at the Mitchell Park parking lot.

Milwaukee County deputies closed the Mitchell Park parking lot around 7:00 p.m. after multiple vehicles began to squeal tires and burned rubber. No injuries were reported by Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies at the scene. At least 13 Milwaukee County Sheriff's squads showed up to qualm the impromptu gathering at the park.

The Mexican flag cruising and impromptu parading in the Southside of Milwaukee usually ignites during the traditional Fiesta Patrias, Mexican Independence Day and other events celebrating national holidays for Latinos.

Update: 5 vehicles towed, 15 citations issued for multiple violations and no arrests made by Milwaukee County Sheriff deputies at Mitchell Park during the Mexican Independence impromptu flag waving gathering on Sunday.  

According to Milwaukee County Sheriff Deputy Cassandra Joshua, the Public Information Officer with the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) when contacted by Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) confirmed that on Sunday, September 15, 2019, at approximately 4:36 p.m., Milwaukee County Sheriff deputies responded to Mitchell Park for multiple reports of reckless driving and large crowds gathered in the adjacent parking lot. 

The initial caller reported that crowds had grown to 100 plus people, and individuals were spewing over into the city streets of South 27th St. and West National Ave.  

MCSO notified Milwaukee Police Department of the report of individuals in the streets.   

Once deputies arrived on scene, multiple citations were issued.  

MCSO issued citations for: 

• 5 - Registration Violations 

• 5 - Driver License Violations, (Operating While Suspended and No license issued) 

• 3 - Unnecessary Acceleration 

• 1 -  Excessive Window Tint 

• 1 - No Insurance  

 • 15 total citations 

 • 5 vehicles were towed 

• No arrests 

U.S. ICE/ERO Claims That Agents Don't Need A Judicial Warrant Under 287 To Arrest Undocumented Immigrants In A Public Setting For A Civil Immigration Violation

Washington, D.C. - On Thursday, September 12, 2019, the Field Office Directors, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) released a statement to the American public claiming that its agent don't need a judicial warrant to arrest suspected undocumented immigrants in public under the 287 of the Immigration and Nationality Act for a civil immigration violation. "In fact, no judge in this country has the authority to issue a warrant for a civil immigration violation. Congress, by statute, vested this authorization solely to supervisory immigration officers. Local police officers don't need a warrant when they encounter someone breaking the law in a public space, and the same holds true for ICE officers," according to the ICE/ERO statement.

ICE/ERO also claims that they don't "conduct raids or sweeps and does not operate roadblocks or checkpoints".

On the contrary, ICE agents today are considered among the most corrupt agents in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, which rogue agents have violated the Constitutional rights of U.S. citizens and undocumented immigrants in many documented cases, YouTube posted videos and court filings around in the U.S. ICE agents have entered homes and buildings without warrants and a U.S. Border and Customs Protection agent has allegedly committed a murder in May 2018 without any accountability nor facing any prosecution for a homicide.

ICE agents have even used administrative warrants and detainers to detain undocumented immigrants, which have been ruled by federal courts as not legal binding. Only a warrant signed by a judicial judge is legal binding to arrest and detain a suspected undocumented immigrant.

Also, ICE agents have been caught on video breaking into a vehicle to arrest a suspected undocumented immigrant without a warrant, which is considered an illegal act, if the person inside the vehicle prohibits ICE agents without a judicial warrant to enter or search a vehicle.

In May 2019, the ACLU-TX filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Border Customs Laredo Sector including Border Patrol Agent Romualdo Barrera who has not been officially named, but has been identified as the agent that fatally shot Guatemalan immigrant Claudia Patricia Gómez González, 20, after crossing the border into the U.S. at the Rio Bravo vicinity on May 23, 2018. The lawsuit was filed by the ACLU-TX on behalf of Gilberto Gómez Vicente and Lidia González Vasquez, the parents of deceased Claudia Patricia Gómez González claiming $100M in damages. In the lawsuit filed by ACLU-TX and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, they claimed that Gómez González posed no threat to Border Patrol Agent Barrera and she was not carrying any type of weapon or anything that would be perceived as a weapon.

Mexican Flag Being Displayed Under The U.S. Flag At El Fuego Restaurant In Milwaukee

Aviles, a local businessman says, the Mexican flag should be displayed at the same level as the U.S. flag at El Fuego Restaurant.

Milwaukee, WI - El Fuego Restaurant, which is a popular Mexican food restaurant apparently has been displaying the Mexican flag under the U.S. flag in one flag pole. According to the flag etiquette, all flags from nations should be displayed at the same level position.

Local businessman, Jose Aviles who goes by El Fuego Restaurant, 909 W. Layton Ave. everyday and recently saw the Mexican flag being displayed under the U.S. flag contacted Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA). Aviles says, if the owners of El Fuego don't know the flag etiquette and want to display the Mexican flag, they should display it at the same level as the U.S. flag or do not display the Mexican flag at all.

Hopefully, the owner or owners of El Fuego can correct the flag issue, especially, if they want to continue to attract Mexican clientele to their restaurant.

Especially, when the Mexican community is celebrating its 209th Independence Day celebration on September 16th in Mexico and in the U.S.

Update: El Fuego management released the following statement to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) on Thursday, "...thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are rectifying this mistake immediately and sincerely apologize as it was not our intention to be disrespectful in any manner."

Milwaukee Southside Pastor Eduardo Loera Announced That He Is No Longer A Candidate For Alderman In The 8th Aldermanic District

Loera ended his candidacy for alderman in the 8th Aldermanic District in the City of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Wednesday, Pastor Eduardo Loera who is a known Republican and a loyal Trump MAGA supporter announced that he has decided to end his candidacy to run for alderman in the 8th Aldermanic District in the Southside of Milwaukee. Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) was the only news source to discover and publish that Loera was a Trump MAGA supporter and is one of more than a dozen Latino MAGA supporters in Wisconsin who attended a Trump MAGA hate rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin in April. Since the rally, multiple Latino MAGA Trump supporters created a fake Facebook (FB) Latino MAGA hate group to brew hate in the Latino communities in Wisconsin, including targeting some members of the Latino community in Milwaukee and they also engaged in Nazi propaganda in their FB page in order to raise campaign funds for the Donald J. Trump donation campaign site and the RedWin PAC.

So far, five candidates remain in the race for alderman in the 8th Aldermanic District in Milwaukee and they are Angel Sanchez, Wisconsin State Representative JoCasta Zamarripa (D-Milw.), Justin Bielinski, Ryan M. Antczak and Christian Saldivar. Both Sanchez and Antczak are Republicans as well.

Loera in a released statement says that he will continue to serve his community. "...I am now stepping out of this race because I have now realized that this is not for me. Yes, I am going to continue to serve the community, but I am going to serve Milwaukee by using my strength as a local pastor...", Loera stated.

HNNUSA found that Loera has not been active in the Latino MAGA fake FB page, which HNNUSA published a list as a community service to identify the followers, public elected officials and business owners who do follow the FB Latino MAGA hate page.

Alleged Suspect In Mexican Fiesta 2019 Threat Released, Main Source Of Threat Remains Under Investigation, According To Milwaukee Police

Milwaukee police says a suspect (person of interest) was briefly detained in connection with the Mexican Fiesta 2019 threat, but was released since the individual wasn't the main source of the threat.

Milwaukee. WI - On Wednesday, Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Erik Gulbrandson from the Chief of Police Office confirmed to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) that police have an ongoing investigation to locate the actual suspect or suspects that originated the Mexican Fiesta 2019 threat that was circulated on SnapChat and Facebook, which Mexican Fiesta was tagged and eventually turned out to be a frivolous threat, according to Fiesta organizers. The bogus threat triggered a major public concern days before the three-day event and Fiesta organizers added extra precautions including safety measures at the three-day Mexican Fiesta at the Summerfest grounds on August 23 thru the 25. 

Some Milwaukee police officers and sergeants were equipped with assault rifles at the Fiesta event to ensure public safety. Police and Mexican Fiesta officials reported no major incidents at the Fiesta. 

On Sunday, at least 14,000 festivalgoers attended the Christian Nodal performance, according to a local LPOA source. Last year, at least 85,000 festivalgoers attended Mexican Fiesta, which is operated by the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization.

Lt. Gulbrandson released the following statement to HNNUSA, "The Milwaukee Police Department takes all threats seriously and thoroughly investigated whether this threat was directed at Milwaukee's Mexican Fiesta.  During this investigation, a person of interest was briefly detained; however the investigation confirmed that this person was not the source of this threat.  This incident remains under investigation and for that reason, no names can be released."

Angel C. Sanchez Files Candidacy For Alderman In The 8th Aldermanic District In Milwaukee

Sanchez is the sixth person to file his candidacy for Alderman in the 8th Aldermanic District, according to the City of Milwaukee Election Commission.

Milwaukee, WI - On Wednesday, August 28, 2019, former Alderman Angel C. Sanchez from the 12th Aldermanic District filed his Declaration of Candidacy for Alderman in the 8th Aldermanic District for the April 7, 2020 Spring Election with the City of Milwaukee Election Commission. Sanchez is the third Republican running for Alderman in the 8th Aldermanic District and one among six candidates, which includes Eduardo Loera, Wisconsin State Representative JoCasta Zamarripa (D-Milw.), Justin Bielinski, Ryan M. Antczak and Christian Saldivar.

Sanchez ran unsuccessfully for the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Republican in the 8th Assembly District in 2018, he ran unsuccessfully for the Milwaukee Public School Board in 2013 and lost his re-election bid for Alderman in 2004. Sanchez was the first Hispanic elected to the Milwaukee Common Council in 2000, but only served one term.

Pastor Loera, is the second Republican in the race for Alderman in the 8th Aldermanic District and is a Trump MAGA supporter.
The third Republican running in the race is Antczak.

The 8th Aldermanic District race is non-partisan.

White Domestic Terrorist Seth Aaron Ator From Odessa Identified As The Mass Killer In Texas Who Murdered At Least Seven Victims And Wounded 22 Including Police Officers

Ator randomly killed multiple victims on the street before getting killed by police in Texas.

Odessa, Texas - Texas mass killer and domestic terrorist from Odessa identified as Seth Aaron Ator, 36, a White supremacist who killed seven victims and wounded at least 22 including police officers. Ator was stopped by several Texas Department of Public Safety troopers in Midland for failing to use a turn signal, when Ator took out an assault rifle and shot at the troopers.

Ator then sped away and ended up in Odessa where he began to shoot at people randomly on the street and the suspect was later wounded and killed near a movie theater, according to Odessa police.
