Washington, D.C. - The Trump administration and the U.S. Department of State revoked and denied visas for Los Alegres del Barranco to enter the country for playing narco corridos (drug cartel songs) or eulogizing drug lord, Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, aka, El Mencho, the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).

Other Latino artists that play narco corridos like Peso Pluma, Nathaniel Cano and Luis R. Conriquez could also be denied visas to enter the U.S. for performing narco corridos or eulogizing drugs drugs while singing in the U.S..

Will the Trump administration and MAGA Republican Congress prohibit free speech by banning narco corridos, novelas (soap opera series), movies of drug cartels (action crime movies), and prohibit Spanish language radio stations from playing narco corridos songs, which eulogize drug lords and cartels in the country?

How ironic, let's not forget, U.S. President Donald J. Trump is a 34-count convicted felon and most of the federal law enforcement agencies including the USDOJ, USICE and USDHS are so corrupt and continue to violate the rule of law by allegedly committing illegal acts and violating due process of undocumented immigrants and violating the Constitutional rights of law abiding individuals, a well known fact, since Trump took office in January 2025.

Resto posted in her FB account that, "His case was dismissed with prejudice after the Court ordered him to produce his text messages with the women who accused him of sexual misconduct under oath in court documents, including one woman who testified that he had sex with her while she was a minor, another who testified he made an unwelcome sexual advance when she was his employee, and a third who testified she believes he drugged her after she had a complete blackout of memory after a night out with him only for him to later text her about how they “made out ferociously.” I also testified about my uncomfortable experiences with Marcos when I was on his dance team, such as him barging into the fitting room without knocking, going back on promises, and insisting he didn’t say things I knew he had said (gaslighting)."
