LULAC National And U.S. Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA) Request That The U.S. DOJ Investigate Latino Voter Intimidation And Voter Suppression Raid Tactics By Texas AG Ken Paxton (R)

Austin, Texas - Both the LULAC National and U.S. Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA) have requested the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division to investigate the recent targeted raids of several Latino voting rights organizers, officials, and candidates by Texas Attorney General (AG) Ken Paxton's (R) election integrity unit.

LULAC National President Roman Palomares and Juan Proaño, the LULAC CEO wrote in a letter to Honorable Kristen Clarke, Asst. Attorney General for Civil Rights USDOJ that Texas Attorney General Paxton has a documented history of targeting Latino organizations, as evidenced by his recent actions against Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley and Annunciation House. These actions appear to be motivated not by legitimate legal concens but by a desire to suppress the Latino vote, which is becoming increasingly influential in Texas and across the nation. We believe that his conduct constitutes a direct attempt to suppress the Latino vote through intimidation and harassment, in violation of Voting Rights Act and other federal civil rights laws.

Last week on August 20th, Texas state law enforcement officers executed at least 12 warrants and raided multiple homes of LULAC members including Lydia Martinez, 87, who was interrogated for hours, Cecilia Castellano, 46, (D), a candidate for the Texas State House District 80 and LULAC member, Mary Ann Obregón, 80, the Mayor of Dilley, Texas, and Manuel Medina, former Chair of the Bexar County Democrat Party.

Cellphones, computers and other items were confiscated by Texas law enforcement, according to those targeted by AG Paxton, 61.

The AG Paxton raids were conducted in three counties, Frio, Atascota and Bexar resulting from a two year election integrity investigation alleging voter fraud and vote harvesting. According to Texas AG Paxton, in 2022, the Election Integrity Unit received a referral from the 81st Judicial District Attorney Audrey Louis (R) regarding allegations of election fraud and vote harvesting that occurred during the 2022 elections. The subsequent two-year investigation provided sufficient evidence to obtain the search warrants in furtherance of the ongoing investigation.

No AG Paxton raids were conducted against any Republican in Texas, only Democrats and Latinos were targeted for alleged voter fraud and vote harvesting without actual evidence, LULAC National executives claimed.

The Texas Tribune reported that Gabriel Rosales, Texas LULAC's state director, said in a statement that Paxton carried out the raids 11 weeks before the 2024 elections "to suppress the Latino vote through intimidation and any means necessary to tilt the electoral process in favor of his political allies."

Agents raided the home of Cecilia Castellano — the Democrat running to succeed state Rep. Tracy King, D-Uvalde — and confiscated her phone as part of the search, according to Rosales. Republicans see that seat, which Gov. Greg Abbott carried by nearly 6 percentage points, as their best potential state House flip in November.

Law enforcement also searched the homes of at least five other Latino individuals, all of whom were working on Castellano's campaign and three of whom are members of Texas LULAC, Rosales added. LULAC is a non-partisan, volunteer-based Hispanic civil rights organization headquartered in Washington, the Texas Tribune reported.

Juan Proaño, the LULAC CEO told Democracy Now dot org, in response to Texas Governor Greg Abbot's (R) announcement of removing 1 million names from the Texas voter rolls, that "I actually went through those numbers. Over 467,000 of them, essentially, are deceased, right? Another 400,000 or so are, effectively, what they call in the suspended mode, but only 6,500 of those are actually what are classified, effectively, as noncitizens. So you're talking about .0065%. Less than 1% of those are actually noncitizens. And only 1,900, which is 1/1000th of a percent of that million, have actually any voting history at all whatsoever. But to say that there is systemic voter fraud and voter harvesting happening in the state of Texas is absolutely false."

According to Rosales in Texas, LULAC National is now considering legal action against Texas AG Paxton and LULAC is also considering to partner with the Amercan Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Mexican American Legal Defense & Education Fund (MALDEF) to sue Paxton.

Class Action Lawsuit Against HACM Announced By Common Ground Org And College Court Residents From The Housing Authority Of The City Of Milwaukee Over Pest Control Infestation Negligence And Other Issues

Residents from the College Court development and Common Ground org announced a class action lawsuit against the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM).

Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 28, 2024

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Wednesday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned that 5 College Court development residents filed a court complaint against the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) for negligence to resolve pest control bed bug infestation in Milwaukee.

Common Ground organization and Attorney Micheal Cerjak representing 5 HACM tenants (Plaintiffs) Stacy Ream, Sandra Eagle, Charlene Bell, Ricky Wright and Carmella Holloway at College Court development in Milwaukee announced Wednesday a class action lawsuit against HACM including Willie Hines, the Secretary-Executive Director of HACM. (Milwaukee County court case number 2024CV006939)

According to Attorney Cerjak, the class action lawsuit is not seeking monetary compensation for anyone, other then for HACM to fix the pest control problem, since HACM is the landlord. The class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of the College Court development residents only, but Kevin Solomon, the Associate Organizer from Common Ground says, if other HACM developments need to be included, then they will pursue action, if HACM doesn't fix the pest control bed bug infestation problem and other issues at all of the developments HACM manages.

HACM development residents have called on City of Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson to replace Hines, but Johnson has not listened and refuses to remove Hines from the helm of the HACM.

Also, the Milwaukee Common Council has failed to push for Hines removal including most of the HACM Board who serve as a rubber stamp for Hines.

The HACM Board of Commissioners approved Mayor Johnson's appointment of Hines on March 10, 2022 to the HACM, as secretary-executive director. Hines was a former Chair of the HACM Board (1998-2014).

Hines will allegedly stay until March 2025 to retire, so he can get a taxpayer pension of $137,000 per year.

HACM employees are also covered by the City of Milwaukee retirement pensions.

In early August 2024, Common Ground, a advocacy non-profit organization and HACM residents in a open letter to Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson wrote, Mr. Mayor, your friend and campaign contributor has mismanaged HACM for the last 25 years. Hines has been at the helm of HACM since 1997—as Board Chair, the #2 staff, and now the #1! From the beginning, federal officials warned that he "does not seem to possess the requisite qualifications." Under his watch:

• Federal officials found $3 million of missing money and our social security cards piled in hallways, resulting in a forensic audit.

• HACM was forced to outsource its largest program, Section 8 rent assistance—the program he was responsible for as Associate Director 2015-2022.

• Federal officials gave HACM a score of zero out of 25 for "Financial Management."

• Properties have enormous crime rates with thousands of police calls.

• We residents have suffered emotionally and physically for years.

Despite these problems, the HACM Board has never conducted a Performance Review of Hines' work. In fact, his incompetence has been rewarded. He has gotten promotions, received raises, and is now paid $252,000/year. Why is that?

La Masa Empanada Vendor At Mexican Fiesta 2024 Sold Empanadas At $5 Each, Compared To Pinchos At $20 Each By El Pilon Vendor, And $10 A Beer At Fiesta

La Masa Empanada vendor had the most affordable price to eat some delicious empanadas at Mexican Fiesta 2024.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 26, 2024

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Just in case you missed the three-day Mexican Fiesta 2024 at the Summerfest grounds over the weekend, it was an elaborate display of the Mexican traditional cultural, indigenous crafts from Mexico, Mexican, Tejano and Puerto Rican music and food including complimentary beverage and snack give away by the Goya booth sponsor during the 3-day Fiesta.

The Goya sponsor provided a small cup of Coco water and a pear flavor drink, but no one was allowed to taste both, interested people had a choice to just taste one or the other, then received a free Goya snack. So, people were left wondering how the other tasted. Bad marketing process. You would think, people trying both would boost sales for the Goya products after many Latinos boycotted Goya after its CEO Robert Unanue, a Republican/MAGA who supported Trump in 2020, which Unanue is supporting Trump once again in 2024.

One of the most affordable and delicious food to eat at Mexican Fiesta 2024 was the $5 empanada by La Masa Empanada vendor.

Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) on Friday posted in social media that El Pilon vendor was selling pinchos for $20 each, the Facebook post went viral, which many attending Mexican Fiesta 2024 began to note, that this year's Mexican Fiesta food vendors had prices ranging from $5 to $24 for food menue items. (Facebook post: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/e42nkDCSxBHKpsrN/)

The nephew of El Pilon vendor posted that Mexican Fiesta 2024 organizers gave them the prices to sell. Vj Coco posted on social media, "a ese precio estaban en todos los establecimeintos y los dio los mismo del festival." (Translation: that was the price used by food vendors, and the festival organizers gave us the prices) Also, Vj Coco says, that El Pilon has been at Fiesta for 20 years. Congrats!

Vendors at Mexican Fiesta were selling beers (16oz) at $10 each, Jarritos were at $4, Micheladas from $16 to $20, tacos at $6 and $7 each, $4 for a paleta, $10 for a corner on a cub, aguas frescas and snow cones at $8 each, and 3 fluatas for $22.

Some vendors say, that the high cost to rent a food or beverage vendor space at Mexican Fiesta 2024 was costly and they had to charge certain prices to gain a profit or break even.

Mexican Fiesta general admission at the gate was $25.

On Sunday, a statewide heat advisory was posted, and at Mexican Fiesta 2024 in Milwaukee, the weather around 5:30 p.m. was at 88°, felt like 95° with humid conditions.

For those in a budget, start saving your centavos (pennies) for next year's Fiesta, in order to afford the food, beer, pinchos and etc...

Backlash: Multiple Former And Current Milwaukee Police Officers Including Supervisors Confirmed That Only The Milwaukee Police Association Board Including Trustees Decided To Endorsed Convicted Felon Trump And His Running Mate, Vance

Multiple Milwaukee police officers who are members of the Milwaukee Police Association (MPA), and asked for anonymity when contacted by HNNUSA indicated that they did not support the MPA's endorsement of the Trump/Vance Republican ticket.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned that a majority of Milwaukee police officers when contacted indicated that they don't support the Milwaukee Police Association's endorsement of the Trump/Vance Republican/MAGA ticket made public by Alexander Ayala, the President of the MPA, Danilo Cardenas,  the Secretary/Treasurer and 4 Trustees.

The MPA Board and Trustees decided among themselves to endorse former U.S. President Donald J. Trump for President and his running mate JD Vance for Vice-President in November 2024, according to the MPA membership who also say that the Board And Trustees did not take steps to get the consensus of all its membership, especially when a 34 count convicted felon, Trump is the current candidate for President in the Republican Party.

Law enforcement endorsements for a convicted felon is unprecedented and goes against the law and order belief of becoming a law enforcement officer, who hasn't been convicted of a felony. In other words, cops and felons don't mix unless a cop is bribed or is engaged in elicit activiity and organized crime.

WI: The Brady List, partial list of cops in Milwaukee County charged for certain criminal offenses.

The Trump/Vance campaign has released their MAGA law enforcement  endorsements as of August 22, 2024.

The Trump campaign says, the Trump/Vance commitment to securing our communities and standing up for our brave men and women in blue has gained their endorsements. But, MAGA law enforcement unions and etc. are now supporting and endorsing a 34 count convicted felon for president, which is unprecedented and only shows that these MAGA infiltrated law enforcement agencies prefer a criminal to be their president by showing their hypocrisy towards law and order.

Three-day Mexican Fiesta 2024 Executive Director Teresa C. Mercado To Receive, "Distinguished Mexican Recognition Award" By Mexican Consul At Fiesta

The Consul of Mexico in Milwaukee will honor Mercado at the Opening Mexican Fiesta 2024 Ceremony at the Summerfest grounds on Friday.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 21, 2024

Milwaukee. Wisconsin - On Wednesday, the Consul of Mexico in Milwaukee announced that the Mexican government will honor Teresa C. Mercado, the Executive Director of the three-day Mexican Fiesta 2024 with the "Mexican Distinguished Recognition Award" on Friday at the Mexican Fiesta 2024 opening ceremony at the Summerfest grounds in Milwaukee. The Mexican Fiesta 2024 opens on Friday, August 23 and runs through August 25 at the Henry Maier Festival Park (Summerfest grounds) at the Milwaukee lakefront.

The award will be presented to Mercado at 5:00 p.m. on Friday by the Consul of Mexico in Milwaukee, Amb. Claudia Franco Hijuelos.

The Consul of Mexico in Milwaukee says, that the recognition is awarded to Mexican Nationals and Mexicans abroad that have promoted and displayed Mexico's tradition, food and culture as educational purposes, which Mercado, as the executive director of Mexican Fiesta and the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (WHSF) that operates the fiesta has done for decades.

The Distinguished Mexican Recognition Award was established in 2018 by the Institute for Mexicans Abroad (IME), of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. IME promotes the development of Mexican communities outside of Mexico.

WHSF, a non-profit organization that currently operates the annual 3-day Mexican Fiesta, since 1987 at the Summerfest grounds will be celebrating 51 years of Mexican cultural festive tradition in Milwaukee. The first Fiesta Mexicana celebrations began in the Southside of Milwaukee streets to coincide with the annual Mexican Independence Day, September 16.

In the mid to the late 1960's, the Milwaukee Public School District prohibited Latino/Hispanic students, especially Mexican-Americans from celebrating the September 16th Mexican Independence Day and Cinco de Mayo traditional festive days in City schools, so the the growing Mexican community population and students began to celebrate at organized block festivals in the Southside of Milwaukee.

In 1977, the Latin American Union for Civil Rights (LAUCR) headed by Salvador Sánchez, a former United Migrant Opportunity Services (UMOS) director and Ernesto Chacon, a local Latino community Civil Rights organizer and known activist began to operated the 3-day Fiesta Mexicana at the Summerfest grounds until the organization stopped operating the event. Also, many volunteers at Fiesta Mexicana were Latino educators and administrators from the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). The 3-day festival slot in late August opened up at the Summerfest grounds, also the Henry Maier Festival Park operated by the Milwaukee World Festival (MWF), Inc., which rented the park year round from the City of Milwaukee for just $1.00, years later, the MWF rented the grounds from the City for more than $1,000,000 annually, then in 2019, the grounds were rented for $2,000,000 per year.  Then MWF rented weekend festive slots to ethnic non-profit organizations to hold their traditional cultural festivals.

In 1986, the City of Milwaukee and Elizabeth "Bo" Black, the Director from Summerfest awarded the 3-day weekend slot in late August to the non-profit LULAC Council 9900, which the elected Council President was Rodolfo Martínez and the Council was known to provide scholarships to students seeking higher education. LULAC Council 9900 began to use the name Mexican Fiesta for the 3-day festival.

When Martínez finish his term, new LULAC Council 9900 officials were elected and several new LULAC Councils were started by UMOS.

Eventually in 1987, business individuals witnessed the profit generated by Mexican Fiesta and decide to a take over Mexican Fiesta and created the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc., which continued as a non-profit organization with the LULAC Councils 333, 342 and 343.

On April 25, 2022, Mercado confirmed, that the WHSF and Mexican Fiesta awards about $50,000 in student scholarships per year, the bizjournals dot com reported.

Today, Mexican Fiesta has awarded more than $2M of scholarships to students with U.S. Citizenship or legal permanant residency and LULAC National (education fund) matched the amount  of scholarships offered by WHSF and its LULAC Councils.

In 2013, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned that WHSF, Mexican Fiesta and LULAC National educational fund matching fund excluded undocumented students from applying for scholarships and exposed it.

In February 2014, the WHSF, Mexican Fiesta and the LULAC National education fund changed their discriminatory policy to exclude undocumented students from receiving scholarships and then allowed for only DACA registered students to apply for annual scholarships.

In 2023, at least 110,000 festivalgoers attended the three-day Fiesta over the weekend, the WHSF reported.

In 2023, an estimated of more than $22M was spent in the Milwaukee metro area during the 3-day Mexican Fiesta by attendees.

Congrats to Mercado, the WHSF, Mexican Fiesta and its LULAC Councils including all the volunteers, and sponsors that help make Fiesta a success, and also congrats in celebrating 51 years of Mexican cultural festive tradition in Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin.

In 2023, the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (WHSF) 990 IRS filing reported that in 2022, the non-profit organization had $2.723,281 in revenues, $2,408,102 in expenses and $315,179 net income.

Ayala, the president of the Milwaukee Police Association (Union-MPA) released an announcement that the MPA had endorsed convicted felon and former U.S. President Donald J. Trump and his running mate JD Vance for 2024. Both Republican/MAGA Trump and Vance are the candidates for the presidential election in November 2024.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, Alexander (Alex) Ayala, who became President of the Milwaukee Police Association in July released a one-page letter of endorsement of former U.S. President Donald J. Trump for President and JD Vance for Vice-Presidential Republican ticket in November 2024. Ironically, both Trump and Vance are advocating for mass deportations of undocumented immigrants once elected to the White House, which Ayala (then a police officer) himself was fired from the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) on December 2007, after it was discovered that he lied and didn't notified the MPD at the time that his brother Oscar Ayala-Cornejo, who was undocumented used his deceased cousin's name Jose Morales, a U.S. Citizen from Chicago to become a Milwaukee police officer. A tip to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement led to the arrest of Ayala-Cornejo (then Jose Morales) in May 2007 at the Milwaukee Police Department District Station 2 in the Southside of Milwaukee. Ayala-Cornejo was eventually deported to Mexico.

With the MPA endorsement of both Trump and Vance on Friday, Ayala, the President of the MPA seems to confirmed that he too agrees that Trump should conduct mass deportations of undocumented immigrants in the country including Milwaukee. Ayala is also a Board member of the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. who sponsors the three-day Mexican Fiesta at the Summerfest grounds on August 23-25, 2024.

Ayala was also selected UMOS Man of the Year in 2023 and also his family, UMOS Family of the Year 2023. Ayala later became a Milwaukee police detective after getting his job back with the advocacy of the National Latino Peace Officers Association, now known as the National Latino Law Enforcement Organization (NLLEO) Milwaukee Chapter (reorganized on February 2, 2019), which Danilo Cardenas, the Secretary/Treasurer of the MPA is the President of the Milwaukee Chapter NLLEO.

Since 2020, the MPA has been infiltrated by Trump MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) supporters.

The City of Milwaukee is a majority Democrat voting  City, and with the MPA endorsement of Trump, it's like trying to mix water and oil, which can't be done. The MPA has become unpopular in the City because of its political party affiliation and endorsement of Trump.

Ayala was previously the vice-president of the MPA for the last two years before becoming MPA president, and Cardenas as the secretary/treasurer in the executive board of the MPA definitely come out of the closet as Trump supporting Republicans.

Cardenas also manages the security at the three-day Mexican Fiesta at the Summerfest grounds.

The President of the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Board is former Milwaukee Police Lt. Ruben Burgos, who is also a current Milwaukee Police Commissioner. Burgos was with the LPOA in 2007 that was instrumental for Ayala to get his job back with the MPD.

Editor's note: Undocumented immigrants in Wisconsin pay more than $90M in combined taxes per year to the State of Wisconsin. Also, City of Milwaukee undocumented immigrants that reside in the City pay local taxes as well, which contribute taxes to help pay the salaries and retirement pensions of Milwaukee police officers and elected City officials.

Trump and Vance don't advocate for comprehensive immigration reform and a path to citizenship for more than 13M undocumented immigrants in the country.

For public information:

MAGA law enforcement  endorsements for 34 count convicted felon former U.S. President Trump and his VP candidate Vance are:

• Kenosha Professional Police Department

• Kenosha County Sheriff Dave Zoerner

• National Association of Police Organizations

• New England Police Benevolent Association

• United Federation of Police Officers

• Milwaukee Police Association

• Las Vegas Police Protective Association

• International Union of Police Associations

Milwaukee Police Association Endorsed Convicted Felon Trump And His VP Vance Candidacy For 2024

Milwaukee Police Association endorsed the Trump/Vance candidacy.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 17, 2024

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Friday, August 16, 2024, Republican candidate for Vice-President JD Vance spoke at the Milwaukee Police Association (Union) in Milwaukee and said, that his political party is the party that supports law enforcement. When asked for his reaction to Trump being a convicted felon and the January 6, 2020 insurrection in D.C., Vance began to make false allegations about Kamala Harris weaponizing the justice department against free speech.

Many insurrectionists in D.C. during the January 6 unlawful entry to the Congressional building displayed American flags with the blue thin stripe across the flag.

Any law enforcement agency or department displaying an American flag with a thin blue stripe are known to be either MAGAs/Patriots/Insurrectionists.

The MPA on Friday endorsed the Trump/Vance candidacy for 2024, and in 2020 the MPA also endorsed the Trump/Pence candidacy, which now his Vice-Presidential candidate, Vance was invited to speak at the MPA and to accept the MPA enforcement. It only shows how the MPA, which is suppose to be a law enforcement police union can support a criminally convicted felon for president, what a bunch of hypocritical MAGAs with a badge working to elect a convicted felon as President. What ever happened to law enforcement standing by and advocating for law abiding citizens that are presidential candidates? It only shows how corruption has infiltrated the MPA.

Also, the City of Milwaukee is a majority Democrat voting City, and the MPA is definitely a MAGA infiltrated police union that endorsed a convicted felon for president. What does that tell you about the MPA? Bunch of would-be outlaws with a badge.

WISGOP Opened Hispanic Community Center Campaign Office At The 1300 Block Of W. Greenfield Ave. In Milwaukee To Reelect Trump, The Convicted Felon

Latino MAGAs in Milwaukee including Wisconsin seemed to have faded away after their MAGA campaign to reelect Trump failed in November 2020. They're trying to resurge once again in 2024.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 11, 2024

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On August 3, 2024, the Republican Party of Wisconsin (RPW) opened a WISGOP Hispanic (MAGA) Community Center in the Southside of Milwaukee at the 1300 block of W. Greenfield Ave., which most likely become the latest Latino Trump MAGA cult campaign office in an attempt to infiltrate the predominately Democrat voting Latino population.

Anyone that supports and votes for Trump is considered a MAGA today.

In a press release date August 5th, the RPW reported that it hosted the grand opening of its Hispanic Outreach Office with RPW Chairman Brian Schimming, State Representative Jessie Rodriguez, and Chairman of the Republican Party of Milwaukee County Hilario Deleon in the Southside of Milwaukee. (https://wisgop.org/icymi-wisgop-hosts-grand-opening-of-hispanic-outreach-office-in-milwaukee/)

Latinos in Milwaukee including throughout the state were instrumental in electing U.S. President Joe Biden (D) in November 2020 and electing Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers (D) in November 2018.

The Trump MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) cult political agenda for the 2024 campaign period advocates mass deportations of undocumented immigrants, which many families have two or more legal U.S. born voting age children that will not support or vote for a political party that wants to deport their fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers and relatives.

The RPW and the Trump 2024 campaign don't favor Comprehensive Immigration Reform with a path to citizenship for more than 13M immigrants or driver licenses for the undocumented in Wisconsin as a road safety measure.

Trump also attempted to eliminate DACA during his first term as president.

Today, the Republican Party is no longer considered the Republican Party of Lincoln, according to many conservative Republicans that have left the Party and are expected to vote for the presumptive Democrat Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris (D) in November 2024.

On July 4, 2024, Manuel "Manny" Pérez, the former Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development who was Republican under the former Governor Scott Walker (R) administration and in 2024 changed his political party affiliation to Independent told radio host Earl Ingram during the Earl Ingram Radio 1510 AM Show that this presidential election is to prevent, "Trump from getting in power, that's the single most important objective in this election. Trump has already gained immunity, so you can only imagine what he is going to do, if he gets elected, in other words, he is going to do whatever he wants and he is going to name it an official act. As a result, I really encourage all moderates, independents, former Republicans and Democrats to unite...the Republican Party is no longer, the Party of Lincoln, but a religious cult."

Also many conservative Republicans will not support or vote to reelect former U.S. President Donald J. Trump who was convicted of 34 felony convictions in New York. Trump is also awaiting multiple pending criminal felony cases in several states.

On 2020, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) was instrumental in stopping the Latino MAGA movement in Milwaukee including Wisconsin, simply because the Latino MAGAs weren't organized and didn't have a unified platform to support the Latino population in the state including the U.S.A..

The 2019 Latino MAGA cult movement in the Milwaukee area and statewide was allegedly led by Mario Herrera, former Hispanic Outreach Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin who now lives Tennessee. Herrera resigned from the Republican Party of Wisconsin shortly after the failed re-election campaign of former Governor Scott Walker (R) in 2018.

In August 2019, a Latino MAGA's fake Facebook page hispanicnewsnetworkUSA dot com was created by Dawn Maldonado Pérez, 53, and Mario Herrera, 35, to mimic HNNUSA by engaging and promoting Nazi propaganda including symbols of hate in Wisconsin connected to the Trump Campaign Donation site. (http://hispanicnewsnetwork.blogspot.com/2019/08/fake-facebook-page-created-by-magas.html)

Maldonado Pérez, alias, Damaris Pérez, is the founder and operator of Bylyngo Translating and Interpreting LLC in Milwaukee, which continues to depend on the same clientele for business that Trump was attempting to deport in his first term, with his rhetoric anti-immigrant policies. Bylyngo Translating and Interpreting LLC provides contract translating services for the Milwaukee County court system. According to Racine County court records in Wisconsin, Pérez was criminally convicted for two misdemeanor counts for theft of up to $1,000/false representation in 2000.

Trump was defeated in the November 2020 Presidential Election by Joe Biden (D).

During the Trump MAGA cult (RNC 2024) National Convention in Milwaukee from July 15-18, the Latino MAGA movement in Milwaukee including Wisconsin was nearly non-existent. Latino MAGAs from Milwaukee County weren't highlighted during the three-day Convention by White Republicans/MAGAs, it only showed the inevitable that Latino MAGAs within the Republican Party in Wisconsin won't be instrumental in winning Wisconsin for Trump in November 2024.

Today, Trump continues to advocate for mass deportations of hard working undocumented immigrants that do pay state and federal taxes, in his campaign route, which most likely turn away the Latino vote.

In January 2024, Patricia "Pati" Concha, 56, the former executive director of the Republican National Committee (RNC) Hispanic Community Center (HCC, opened in 2021) in the Southside of Milwaukee (HCC, no longer in operation, closed after the midterm-elections in 2022) was taken into custody for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant issued on August 8, 2019 for failing to appear in court to face one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/control substance/refusal),  according to court records. 4 Hyatt Regency Hotel/Aimbridge Hospitality Employees, Todd A. Erickson, Herbert T. Williamson, Devin W. Johnson-Carson And Brandon LaDaniel Turner Charged With Felony Murder Of Dvontaye L. Mitchell

After 37 days, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office finally issued felony murder charges against 4 Hyatt Regency Hotel/Aimbridge Hospitality employees in connection with the brutal and cold blooded homicide of Dvontaye L. Mitchell.

August 6, 2024

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office after 37 days finally filed felony murder charges against 4 Hyatt Regency Hotel/Aimbridge Hospitality employees, Todd Alan Erickson, 60, a security guard; Devin W. Johnson-Carson, 23, a front desk attendant; Herbert T. Williamson, 52, a bellhop, and Brandon LaDaniel Turner, 35, a security guard in connection with the brutal and cold blooded homicide of Dvontaye L. Mitchell, 43, on June 30, 2024 at the Milwaukee downtown Hyatt Regency Hotel.

A warrant for all the suspects was issued on Tuesday, according to Milwaukee County court records.

If convicted, each suspect is facing up to 15 years and 9 months in prison for felony murder.

Both Erickson and Williamson are convicted felons.

Attorney William Sulton, one of three attorneys who represents the Mitchell family confirmed that there were more than 4 people involved. (1) off duty security, (2) hotel guest, (3) on duty security, (4) front desk manager, (5) bellman, (6) front desk agent, (7) 2nd on duty security, and more. Sulton and Mitchell's family will continue to pursue criminal charges against all the suspects involved in Mitchell's homicide, according to Sulton.

Sulton says that the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office took to long to file felony murder criminal charges compared to other County felony criminal cases, most likely because the victim was Black.

Attorneys Sulton, B'ivory Lamarr and Ben Crump have said, that Milwaukee County has two justice systems, one for Whites and one for people of color. Whites get immediate justice, while Blacks get justice delayed under Milwaukee County District Attorney John T. Chisholm who is not running for reelection.

Indoor and outdoor videos made public by Sulton and multiple eye witnesses that cellphone recorded Mitchell's last moments alive showed that Mitchell never threw a punch at the suspects during the homicide incident. Mitchell was beaten with a retractable metal baton, punched multiple times and kicked to death by the suspects who held him down causing Mitchell to died from restraint asphyxia, and the autopsy indicated Mitchell had broken ribs as well and other trauma injuries to the back of his upper body torso that contributed to his murder, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

According to the criminal complaint, Mitchell does not instigate any violence or display any obviously aggressive or threatening behavior while on the (Hyatt) hotel premises, (indoor videos indicate).

The criminal complaint says, that Theresa Ball, 37, the Hyatt Regency front desk manager, allegedly struck Mitchell twice with a broom as he was being dragged out of the hotel by Turner and a hotel guest only identified as SB in the criminal complaint. Ball and SB have not been criminally charged, but Attorney Sulton and Mitchell's family are pressuring Milwaukee County D.A. Chisholm to file criminal charges. (Video: https://youtu.be/htHro3FhlgQ)

Update: As of Friday, August 9, 2024, Todd A. Erickson, Devin W. Johnson-Carson, Herbert T. Williamson and Brandon LaDaniel Turner are in custody and booked for felony murder and party to a crime in the Milwaukee County jail.

Cash bail for Erickson was set at $50,000, Turner at $30,000 and Devin W. Johnson-Carson at $5,000.

34-year-old Rachel Amell From Kentucky Exposes Waukesha County Family Court System As Corrupt And In Collusion To Violate Mother's Rights To Her 4-year-old Son Aaron

Amell has been charged with one felony count with interfere beyond custody visitation, according to Waukesha County Court records.

By H. Nelson Goodson
Hispanic News Network U.S.A.

August 5, 2024

Waukesha, Wisconsin - On July 27, 2024, Rachel Amell, 34, of Louisville, Kentucky was charged in Waukesha County with one felony count with interfere beyond custody visitation.

If convicted, Amell is facing up to 12.5 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines, or both. Amell has a court initial appearance on August 15, 2024 with Waukesha County Court Judge Ralph Ramirez.

Amell reached to Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) on Sunday, and says that what she has experienced in Wisconsin (Waukesha County Family court) is corruption and collusion to violate her Constitutional rights as a mother, and she claims that her case is similar to the ongoing Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case in Waukesha County, which Julie was the first to publicly expose the corruption and collusion by Waukesha County Family Court Judges Michael J. Aprahamian and Ralph M. Ramirez who were both forced from further presiding over the Valadez divorce case due to multiple erroneous decisions and not abiding by state laws to protect a domestic abuse spouse and her children (Wisconsin State of Appeals Court rulings in the Valadez divorce case). In this case, Julie Valadez was charged with two felony charges for interfering with the custody of another, and is currently residing in Canada, seeking refugee status. Julie's 4 children were illegally placed with the abusive father by both Judges Aprahamian and Ramirez, Judge Jennifer R. Dorow, is now presiding over Julie's case.

In Amell's Facebook account posts, she allegedly exposes the corruption and collusion plaguing the Waukesha County family court system.

HNNUSA is posting Amell's FB profile and posts at following link: https://www.facebook.com/share/JgUwSaa66W8V9PW9/

On July 18, 2024, Amell posted on her FB account, I deeply resonate with this story. One of the many reasons I left my ex-boyfriend, with whom I share a 4-year-old child, was his negligence and recklessness with my children. He would spend countless hours on video games, neglecting their needs. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Recently, my son was left home alone, with the car garage doors wide open, and I discovered him in that situation. Despite this and many other instances of negligence, the court still continues to grant my ex-boyfriend full temporary custody of our child. To which, they have done illegally, as I have an Order on Stipulation which states that I have sole legal and sole physical custody of our child, and the right to move out of the state of Wisconsin without my ex boyfriend's approval. I left an unsafe relationship to protect my children, but now the court's decision has placed my son in danger. If anything happens to my son, I hold Waukesha County, in Wisconsin fully responsible.

On July 6, 2024, Amell posted on her FB account in regards to Aaron missing, I am Rachel Amell, and this is a lie. Mr. Jacob Allen Trzebiatowski is neglecting Aaron, and Waukesha County is doing nothing to assist my son. I have a preponderance of evidence to prove this. Please reach out to get the full details. An investigation must be made.

The current district attorney has yet to charge Mr. Jacob Allen Trzebiatowski with felony child abuse. Why is that? He admitted to the abuse to several authorities.

Meanwhile, my child is being emotionally and physically abused and neglected. I have gone to the Waukesha Sheriff's Department, and I have contacted both Milwaukee and Waukesha CPS. I have been taking action. Why has the Waukesha District Attorney not?

On July 3, 2024, TMJ4 News reported that Aaron Amell, 4, was missing from Pewaukee, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office (WCSO). The WCSO says that his mother, Rachel does not have legal custody and may be headed toward Louisville, Kentucky in a blue Honda Pilot SUV.

Amell was detained in Louisville and released, the 4-year-old child was returned to Trzebistowski in Pewaukee, WI.

On August 8, 2023, Amell obtained a 4-year Injunction Order against her ex-boyfriend, Jacob Allen Trzebiatowski, 29, the father of Aaron Amell, 4.

Today, Amell is being treated as, if there is a restraining order against her regarding her own child, as she is required to pay $75 per hour for supervised Zoom visitation.

Amell asked the following questions, Why is this legal? Where is the restraining order stating I can only see my child via Zoom? Why am I being treated like a prisoner, charged $1.25 per minute to see my son? Why am I being denied parenting time without cause?

On June 12, 2023, Amell obtained an Order on Stipulation granting her sole legal and sole physical custody of her son, including the right to relocate out of Wisconsin without the adjudicated father's consent.

Today, she is required to pay $75 per hour for supervised Zoom visitation with her child.

Aaron turned 5 on Sunday.

HNNUSA did a Wisconsin record court check and no record exists in Waukesha County that Rachel Amell was found to be an unfit mother and legal custody was taken away. But, the Waukesha family court illegally gave temporary custody to Trzebiatowski, the father without due process for Amell, the child's mother.

Update: On August 15, 2024, Rachel Amell appeared at a Waukesha County court to face one felony count for interfere with custody beyond visitation. Amell was given a signature bond of $10,000 and was released. A court preliminary hearing was set for September 13, 2023 with Waukesha County Judge Kevin Costello, according to Waukesha County Court case 2024CF001158.

Illinois Foodshare EBT Receipt Left Behind At A Chicago Store By Alleged Venezuelan Immigrant Showed A $13.4K Foodshare And $4.4K Cash Balance

An individual at a Chicago food store behind an alleged Venezuelan Immigrant picked up a Foodshare (FS) program receipt left behind by the unidentified immigrant showing a huge FS and cash balance, and shared receipt with a friend who then shared a photo of the receipt in social media.

August 2, 2024

Chicago, Illinois - On Thursday,  Nisha Pearson shared on Facebook (FB) an image of a food store receipt dated 7/31/2024 left behind by an alleged unidentified Venezuela migrant in Chicago, which Pearson's friend happened to pick up and keep, the receipt shows a $14,401.82 EBT balance (Electronic Benefit Transfer through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistant Program-SNAP/Foodshare) and $4,498.85 EBT cash balance. The FS total amount purchase at the Chicago food store showed $24.82.

The EBT is issued to qualifying low income individuals and immigrant asylum refugees (while asylum application is pending for approval under the Biden administration) processed by the State of Illinois Department of Human Services, which is federally funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Human Services.

In her FB post, Pearson becamed upset over not being able to get EBT herself, questioning the fairness of the State of Illinois DHS Foodshare program.

Pearson's post has been circulating on social media and is going viral.

The State of Illinois DHS has not confirmed, if the Foodshare Chicago store receipt transaction is legit and also has not released any statement explaining the excessive food and cash balance issued to the EBT/SNAP card holder in question.

Pearson was contacted on Friday by Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) to confirm her FB post related to the Illinois Foodshare receipt, but Pearson has not responded to the HNNUSA inquiry.

States that provide Foodshare funds that accumulates on an individual's SNAP EBT card gets returned to state at the end of the year, if not used (spent).
