Controversal U.S. Flag With Thin Blue Line Adorns MPD SUV Unit For Officer Kendall Corder's End Of Watch Memorial At Police District 2 Station In Milwaukee

The recent death of Milwaukee Police Officer Corder and remembrance of his professional dedication as a law enforcement partner to help keep the City of Milwaukee and the Southside community safe seems to have been turned into a political social injustice by placing a controversial U.S. flag with a thin blue line to adorn his assigned Milwaukee Police Department SUV cruiser (unit).

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday, the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) District 2 Station placed the department's police SUV unit that the late Milwaukee Police Officer Kendall Corder, 32, used to drive while on duty in front of the Police District 2 Station as a memorial and remembrance of the officer shot while on duty on June 26, 2025 and who later succumbed to his critical injuries. 

What's catching people's eye, is that Officer Corder's assigned policing unit is adorned with the controversial U.S. flag with a thin blue line on it, which was adopted by the alt-right law enforcement associated group know as Blue Lives Matter to counter act against Black Lives Matters that advocated against unjust killings of unarmed Blacks by police throughout the nation. The U.S. flag with the thin blue line was also carried by Trump's MAGA Patriots and White supremacists during the January 6, 2021 insurrection in Washington D.C. in an attempt to stop the certification of the Electorial College vote win declaring Joe Biden (D) as U.S. President defeating Donald J. Trump (R-MAGA) in 2020.

Also in 2020, the Milwaukee Police Association (police union) endorsed Trump for U.S. President and again in 2024, which definitely drew concern, since the City of Milwaukee is a strong hold for the majority voting Democrats in Wisconsin and is the key voting City to decide elections in the state and nation.

With the Trump administration targeting the undocumented population today, arresting countless people of color including U.S. citizens without due process around the nation, especially in Blue states, many law enforcement agencies and departments in Republican/MAGA control cities and counties allow their officers to wear the thin blue line in flag patches, uniforms, police vehicles and etc. like the Delavan Police Department in Wisconsin, has come to be associated with the Trump's MAGA cult. People of color tend to see law enforcement wearing the blue thin line as supremacists and MAGA Patriots.

Both the Milwaukee Police Department and the Milwaukee Police Association can allow the used of the thin blue line in their attire (uniforms) and other uses, but it will certainly draw unwanted attention by the public to believe that supremacists and MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) Patriots do wear the badge and people might tend not to trust law enforcement.

Corder suffered gunshot wounds to his upper arm and chest causing critical injuries to his internal parts including his heart.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Saturday, Milwaukee Police Officer Kendall Corder, 32, from the Milwaukee Police Department District 2 Station passed away before 6:00 p.m. at Froedtert Hospital, according to Facebook posts circulating in social media.

Corder's cousin Red Rozay posted on Facebook on Saturday that she finally said goodbye to Corder. Corder was declared brain-dead and was being kept alive by medical ventilator (breathing machine).

Apparently, Officer Corder had been allegedly declared brain-dead much earlier, which the Milwaukee Police Association and Milwaukee Police Department kept it private, according to sources.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office declared, Officer Corder deceased at 12:03 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025.

Officer Corder's partner, Officer Christopher McCray who was released from the hospital posted in social media on Saturday his deepest condolences for the passing of Corder.

Also on Saturday after 1:30 p.m., Milwaukee Police Officer Christopher McCray, 29, the second officer shot multiple times on Thursday, June 26, 2025 around 9:22 p.m. was released from the hospital, and is recovering at home.

Officer Corder's partner, Officer Christopher McCray who was released from the hospital posted in social media on Saturday his deepest condolences for the passing of Corder.

Milwaukee Police Officers Corder and his partner, Christopher McCray, after responding to a call around 9:10 p.m. for a shooting at the 2200 block of N. 24 St. in the Northside of Milwaukee, they were ambused by suspect Tremaine D. Jones, 22, at an alley. 

When both officers who were responding to a priority 1 call arrived at the scene, they got out of their police vehicle and were shot by Jones, who fired multiple shots at the officers. The officers were struck by gunfire and they were unable to return fire.

Both Officers Corder and McCray are assigned to Milwaukee Police Department District 2 Station in the Southside of Milwaukee. 

Jones is now facing criminal charges for a homicide, attempted homicide and additional charges.

On Saturday, Jones was booked at the Milwaukee County jail pending multiple felony charges. A cash bail for Jones was set at $200,700, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office. 

Wrightstown Police Department Chief Patrick Pajot, former Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) Captain at District 2 Station confirmed that Milwaukee Police Officer Kendall Corder had passed away on Saturday. Corder was assigned to MPD District 2 Station.

Update: On Sunday, June 29, 2025, Milwaukee Police Officer Kendall Corder's body was disconnected from his life-support and his lifeless body was conveyed by police escort to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office at 6:15 p.m., unfortunately Officer Corder was declared deceased (brain-dead) on Saturday at 12:03 p.m. at Froedtert Hospital.

MILWAUKEE, WI - Today, Sunday, June 29, 2025, The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) is both heartbroken and devastated as we mourn the tragic and senseless loss of 32-year-old Officer Kendall Corder, who unfortunately did not survive the injuries he sustained in the line of duty.

This is an extremely difficult time for the Milwaukee Police Department as we grieve the loss of our brother. Officer Corder will be greatly missed by all of us.

On Thursday, June 26, 2025, at approximately 9:22 p.m., Officer Corder and his partner were dispatched to the area of the N. 25th Street and W. Garfield Avenue for a subject with a weapon.

While approaching, they were unexpectedly fired upon in the alley of the 2200 block of N. 24th Place.  The officers were both struck and not able to return fire.  Officer Corder was transported to Froedtert Hospital for treatment and later succumbed to his injuries.

The second officer, a 29-year-old male with over 6-years of service, was transported to a hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries. He was released from the hospital and recovering.

The suspect is a 22-year-old man. He was arrested without further incident. Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.

MPD is forever grateful for Officer Corder’s courage in the line of duty. We grieve for his family, friends, loved ones, his partner, and every member of his MPD family whose hearts are shattered by his loss.

MPD is grateful for every one of our men and women who bravely put on the MPD uniform and face unknown dangers daily. We are proud of your response and hard work to this tragedy and recognize how difficult it must be to continue our important work despite just losing a brother.

We ask that the community grieve with us. Officer Corder gave this community six honorable years of service and put his life on the line each time he put on the uniform and reported to work. His bravery and dedication to serve Milwaukee was noble and shall never be forgotten.

Both Corder and McCray were conveyed to Froedtert Hospital for treatment. According to the MAGA infiltrated Milwaukee Police Association, Officer Corder was shot in the upper arm and at least one gunshot round penetrated his cavity chest causing severe internal injuries, including his heart and undewent emergency surgery. Officer McCray suffered gunshot wounds to his foot and back, and will undergo surgery to repair his foot. Both officers are expected to recover.

According to Milwaukee County court records, Jones has no felony or misdemeanor convictions.

Criminal felony charges are pending against Jones, according to police.

Update: On late Friday just before 11:00 p.m., Back the Badge Wisconsin Facebook page administered by Kyle William Beckett posted that Milwaukee Police Officer Kendall Corder who was shot multiple times might not make it through the weekend. Beckett says that he went to Froedtert Hospital and was able to speak to multiple officers at the hospital and they indicated that Corder might not make it, due to his critical injuries that damaged vessels by his heart when he was shot by Jones.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin- On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, Milwaukee police around 10:03 p.m. responded to shots fired at the 1200 block of S. 11 Street. When police arrived at the scene, they located  47-year-old Juan Carlos Rodriguez with gunshot wounds to the chest and abdomen.

Rodriguez was conveyed to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 11:47 p.m., according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Thursday, June 26, 2025, two male Milwaukee police officers from the Milwaukee Police Department District 2 Station were shot around 9:10p.m. at the 2200 block of N 24 St., both were confirmed alive. Known armed suspect(s) sought.

The two officers from the Southside Milwaukee Police Department District 2 Station were responding to priority 1 regarding an armed suspect, when the officers arrived they were ambused (shot) near the 2200 block of N. 24 Pl alley. The officers got shot and they couldn't fire back.

Both officers were conveyed to Froedtert Hospital for treatment, the 29-year-old officer suffered non-life threatening injuries, and the 32-year-old officer suffered critical injuries, the two officers are expected to recover.

A posted social media video by QU ER ll shows one of the officers calling for help and giving his location at the alley.

MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) Milwaukee Police Detective Alexander Ayala, President of the Milwaukee Police Association (MPA) that endorsed TACO Trump for President in 2024 and in 2020 released the following statement to media during a press conference in regards to the two Milwaukee police officers getting shot. Ayala stated, "Enough is enough. Stop trying to kill my police officers. The violence against our police officers is out of hand...We're going to hunt you down. We're coming to get you. Justice is coming for you."

Also, the MAGA infiltrated MPA released the following press release regarding the shooting of two of its union members.

It is with profound sorrow and outrage that we confirm that two Milwaukee police officers were tragically shot and critically injured in the line of duty tonight. Our thoughts are with these officers, their families, friends, and colleagues.  These officers face unimaginable suffering and they have long roads ahead of them.

This senseless act of violence has struck the very heart of our department and our community. We have reached a breaking point. Violence in our city is out of control, and those who protect our neighborhoods are increasingly in the crosshairs.  We have had 5 officers killed in the line of duty over the past 7 years and dozens of our officers have been shot and shot at while trying to serve our neighborhoods.  Our officers wear the badge with pride and honor, but our officers need more leadership from the city to bring an end to this violence.

We are grateful to all of the first responders, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals who have cared for our officers tonight.  We will continue to pray for the recovery our officers and ask the community for their prayers.

Decatur, Georgia - On Wednesday, Tamara L. Ross, the Chief Assistant Solicitor-General in DeKalb County notified Mario Alexander Guevara, 47, that all criminal charges filed against him by the Doraville Police Department have been dismissed, according to the notification sent to Guevara.

Guevara who is originally from El Salvador is currently detained by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) pending removal proceedings for being in the U.S. illegally. In 2004, Guevara entered the U.S. with a visa, but overstayed his visa authorization and in 2012, Guevara, his wife and daughter were ordered by an immigration judge to self-deport. 

Guevara continued to stay in the U.S. with a immigration authorization work permit after he applied for a green card sponsored by his U.S. born son. Guevara does not have legal status to remain in the country.

USICE says, Guevara is being processed for removal from the U.S., it's not clear that Guevara will be released by USICE, now that the DeKalb County criminal charges have been dropped.

On June 14, 2025, Guevara along with 8 other individuals were arrested at the No Kings Day protest. Guevara was charged with pedestrian improperly entering roadway, and two misdemeanor counts for obstruction of law enforcement officers and unlawful assembly, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office. Guevara bond was set as a signature bond and was scheduled to be released, but USICE placed a hold detainer for Guevara, which remained in custody at the USICE detention center in Folkston, Georgia. Additional charges were filed against Guevara in Gwinnett County as well.

Also a warrant has been issued on June 17, 2025 in Gwinnett County in connection with Mario Alexander Guevara committing multiple traffic violations on May 20. Guevara is facing charges in Gwinnett County for following law enforcement vehicles through Norcross neighborhoods. An arrest warrant was issued for Guevara in Gwinnett County for the following charges, reckless driving, distractive driving, failure of obey a traffic control device, while the unlawful use of a telecommunications device while driving.

33-year-old Gerardo Jimenez-Rico Sentenced To 54 Years In Prison For Killing His Sister Jocelyn Jimenez, 22, And Injuring Both His Parents In Milwaukee

Jimenez-Rico will serve 35 years in prison and 19 years supervision for killing his 22-year-old sister and shooting both his parents who survived in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Gerardo Jimenez-Rico, 33, was sentenced to 54 years in prison, but will serve 35 years in prison and 19 years of extended supervision for the January 22, 2025, homicide of his sister, Jocelyn Jimenez, 22, of Milwaukee who was fatally shot at the 3900 block of W. Cheyenne Ave., including his parents ages 56 and 54, who both survived. 

Jimenez-Rico had confessed to police that he shot his sister and both his parents for being bullied for years and his father had told him that he had to find another place to live, because he had been living off his parents for years. 

His parents were on vacation in Mexico and when they returned, they scolded him for not watching the dishes while they were gone and Jocelyn also jumped in the encounter. Jimenez-Rico then got tired of getting bullied by his parents and sister, so he took out a handgun and fatally shot Jocelyn and injured his parents.

Jimenez-Rico pled guilty on May 20, 2025 to 1st-degree reckless homicide, and 1 felony count for attempted 2st-degree intentional homicide, and 1 felony count for 1st-degree reckless injury.

Jimenez-Rico under a plea agreement was ordered to serve 33 years in prison,  but will serve 23 years in prison and 10 years supervision for 1st-degree reckless homicide, consecutive (serve separately) with count 2, he will serve 21 years in prison, but will serve 12 years in prison and 9 years supervision for 2nd-degree attempted intentional homicide. Jimenez-Rico was also sentenced to 20 years in prison, but serve 10 years in prison and 10 years supervision for 1st-degree reckless injury, but the prison sentence will be served concurrently (at same time) with count 1 and 2, according to Milwaukee County court records.

Latino Music Day Performers At Summerfest 2025 Share Smaller Stage, No Longer Performing At Main Stage

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Saturday, June 28th, another annual Latin Music Day will be presented at Summerfest 2025, but this year all of the scheduled Latino music entertainers, dancers, Latin DJs and performers will perform from 12:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Aurora Pavilion Stage, which is a smaller side stage by the middle entrance to the music fest instead of traditionally showcasing at one of the three main stages at the Henry Maier Festival Park sponsored by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., a nonprofit private organization.

The main Latin Music Day performing group is Grupo Mania, a popular Merengue group from Puerto Rico. Mania is scheduled to perform at 7:00 p.m. (Song link: https://youtu.be/tH39S-yjUHg).

USICE Takes Custody Of 47-year-old Mario Alexander Guevara, Owner Of MG News After Criminally Charged In DeKalb County, Georgia

Guevara has a work immigration authorization permit, but does not have legal immigration status to remain in the U.S., he is now facing possible deportation to El Salvador after being criminally charged with several misdemeanors in DeKalb County.

DeKalb County, Georgia - On Wednesday, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) took Mario Alexander Guevara, 47, into custody after being criminally charged with several misdemeanors in DeKalb County.

Last Saturday, Guevara, originally from El Salvador and the owner of MG News in the Atlanta area was taken into custody by Doraville police on June 14, 2025, along with 8 other individuals at a No Kings Day protest. Guevara was charged with pedestrian improperly entering roadway, and two misdemeanor counts for obstruction of law enforcement officers and unlawful assembly, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office. If convicted, Guevara is facing cash forfeiture for pedestrian improperly entering roadway, and facing up to 12 months in jail for obstruction of law enforcement officers, and up to 12 months in jail for unlawful assembly.

Guevara's bond was set as a signature bond and was scheduled to be released, but USICE placed a hold detainer for Guevara, which remained in custody.

Guevara apparently had apply for U.S. permanent resident with immigration services through his son who is a U.S. citizen. 

According to USICE, Guevara overstayed his visa, and in 2012, an immigration judge ordered Guevara to self-deport, which Guevara continued his attempt to remain in the U.S..

Guevara could now face a possible revocation of his pending application for U.S. permanent residence, if convicted of the current misdemeanor charges and could be deported to El Salvador, according to USICE.

Guevara's criminal defense attorney, Zachary Gacta of Diaz & Gaeta, issued the following statement, "We are aware that Mr. Guevara has been transported into ICE custody. The attorneys Diaz & Gaeta are actively preparing an immigration court bond motion on his behalf and seeking a court date as soon as possible. We have also spoken to prosecutors at DeKalb County Solicitor General's Office requesting that the state court charges be dismissed immediately. We are not giving up until Mr. Guevara is released."

Update: USDHS on June 20, 2025 released the following statement on their X account (formerly Twitter),  FALSE. Accusations that Mario Guevara was arrested by ICE because he is a journalist are completely untrue.

Mario Guevera was arrested by Dekalb County, Georgia police for willful obstruction after he refused to comply with local police orders to move out of the middle of the street. Following his arrest by local authorities, ICE placed a detainer on him. Following his release, he was turned over to ICE custody and has been placed in removal proceedings.

This El Salvador national is in ICE custody because he entered the country illegally in 2004.

38-year-old Yessenia E. Ruano, An Undocumented MPS Teacher's Aide Self-deported To El Salvador With Her Two U.S. Born Daughters

Ruano, a undocumented Milwaukee Public Schools teacher's aide lost her immigration appeal to continue staying in the U.S. and self-deported to El Salvador with her two daughters.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Yessenia E. Ruano, 38, originally from El Salvador and a undocumented Milwaukee Public Schools teacher's aide self-deported with her two daughters to El Salvador from the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport after losing her immigration appeal to stay in the country with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). 

Ruano has had a deportation order since, the Biden administration, but had applied for a T-visa and had spent nearly $14,000 in the immigration process. A T-visa is issued to victims of severe human trafficking.

In February 2025, Ruano was allowed additional time to apply for a T-visa.

Ruano has two 9-year-old daughters born in the U.S..

Ruano crossed the U.S. border in 2011 when she was 24 and lived in Jackson, Wisconsin before moving to Milwaukee in 2013.

Minneapolis, Minnesota - On Monday, Vance Luther Boelter, 57, a known right wing MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) extremist who voted for Trump faced 4 criminal counts in Hennepin County for 2nd-degree murder in connection with the June 14, 2025 shooting deaths of Minnesota State Representative Melissa Hortman (D) and her husband Mark at their Brooklyn Park home, and then critically shot both Minnesota State Senator John Hoffman (D) and his wife Yvette at their Champlin home. Both Hoffman and his wife are expected to survive, according to police.

If convicted on all state felony counts, Boelter is facing up to 40 years in prison for each count, totalling up 160 years in prison.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) claimed the multiple shootings and the two murders by Boelter were "politically motivated."

Boelter was taken into custody around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2025, near his Green Isle home in Sibley County in Minnesota. He surrendered to a SWAT tactical officer in a field, according to police.

Also on Monday, the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Public Affairs in a press release says, that Boelter has been charged by federal complaint with stalking and murdering Minnesota House of Representatives Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband, in addition to stalking and shooting Minnesota State Senator John Hoffman and his wife.

According to federal court documents, in the early morning hours of June 14, 2025, Vance Luther Boelter put into effect a calculated plan to inflict fear and violence upon Minnesota elected officials and their families. Boelter equipped himself with firearms and body armor, disguised himself as a law enforcement officer, and drove to the home of Senator Hoffman. Boelter knocked on the door repeatedly, claiming to be a police officer. Shortly after the Hoffmans opened the door, they were alarmed to realize Boelter was wearing a facemask. The Hoffmans tried to close the door on Boelter, but Boelter repeatedly shot both Senator and Mrs. Hoffman.

The feds, state and local authorities found a hit list of other Democrat targeted victims including Minnesota Governor Walz in Boelter's vehicle.

"This was a horrific act of targeted violence," said Special Agent in Charge Alvin M. Winston Sr. of the FBI Minneapolis Field Office. "A gunman, impersonating a police officer, deliberately lured public servants to their own doorstep and opened fire. A Minnesota lawmaker and her spouse were murdered in cold blood, and others wounded, simply for serving as elected officials. This is not only unacceptable — it is an attack on the democratic values that define this nation. This marked the largest manhunt in Minnesota's history, and it would not have been possible without the extraordinary partnership between federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. The tireless coordination and commitment ensured Boelter was located and taken into custody without further incident. The FBI remains steadfast in our pursuit of justice. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and the communities they served."

A two-day manhunt, coordinated among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies across the state, ensued. As a result of those efforts, at approximately 9:15 on the evening of June 15, law enforcement located Boelter in a field in Green Isle, Minnesota, approximately one mile from his family residence. Law enforcement officers then took Boelter into custody.

Boelter will make his initial appearance in U.S. District Court on Monday, June 16, 2025, before Magistrate Judge John F. Docherty.

St. Paul, Minnesota - On Sunday, MAGA Vance Luther Boelter, 57, a White suspect who was sought in connection with a double homicide case by police and feds in Minnesota has been taken into custody, according to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office in the Twin Cities.

The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office social media (Facebook) post announcement of Boelter's arrest read, "The face of evil. After relentless and determined police work, the killer is now in custody. Thanks to the dedication of multiple agencies working together along with support from the community, justice is one step closer."

Mexican Fiesta didn't directly mention that their press release was based on the current crisis the immigrant community in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and other immigrant communities around the nation are facing especially, Los Angeles (LA), California under the MAGA (Make Amerikkka Great Again) TACO (Trump Always Chickens Out) Trump administration.

Juneau, Wisconsin - On Thursday, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) released Ramon Morales-Reyes, 54, from the Dodge County Detention Facility (jail) in Juneau, according to USICE.

Morales-Reyes was framed by Demetric D. Scott, 52, who confessed to Milwaukee police that he wrote a letter threatening to shoot TACO Trump in the head with a 30-06 rifle, and signed Morales-Reyes name on it so, he could get arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and get deported. Scott believed he could then have his criminal case dismissed against him. The victim in that case was Morales-Reyes who was assaulted and robbed by Scott in Milwaukee.

Racine, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, the Badge Wisconsin (BBW) Facebook page announced that discussions are taking place to create an alleged volunteer initiative program to assist the corrupt U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USICE) in Immigration enforcement. The BBW Facebook page was originally created by Kyle William Beckett, 39, a Trump supporter.

According to the BBW, if the MAGA volunteer initiative moves forward, the BBW will help recruit qualified, vetted volunteers to assist USICE in immigration enforcement and national security.

The BBW, which has a large following of mostly White MAGA alleged racist cops, is well known to be a Southeastern Wisconsin MAGA supremacist propaganda page and viewed as anti-immigrant by its racist ranks against people of color in its social media page in Wisconsin.

Editor's note: USDHS-ICE is known as the most corrupt immigration enforcement departments in the federal government under the TACO Trump administration, which have failed to abide by U.S. Constitutional law, which affords due process for those with legal status and undocumented individuals detained (arrested) by USDHS-ICE and its federal partners, FBI, U.S. Marshals Service, DEA, ATF and etc. before being removed from the U.S.. Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) learned that a 18-year-old female that had left Sunday's impromptu National Puerto Rican Day 2025 chaotic gathering at the 1400 block of W. Burnham Street, was later physically assaulted (battery) at the 3200 block of W. Burnham by a 19-year-old female identified as Keelyn Ard, according to the victim. The 18-year-old victim says, that she was followed by Ard who then brutally assaulted her and causing her injuries to her head that needed medical treatment. The victim was being sought by friends and family after she didn't return home on Sunday. It was later reported on social media that she was hospitalized and receiving treatment for her injuries.

Ard apparently posted a video of her assaulting the victim on Instagram. The video showing the assault was also shared in Facebook.

Ard is now being sought by Milwaukee police and criminal felony charges are pending.

According to Milwaukee County court records, a temporary restraining order for harrasment was filed against Ard on Tuesday.

The victim had just graduated from Puente High School in Milwaukee and was admitted to the Milwaukee Area Technical College nursing program.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Sunday, Milwaukee police had to block off with barriers the neighborhood streets of S. 14 to S. 15 Streets between W. Forest Home Ave. and W. Burnham Street in the Southside of Milwaukee in order to neutralize the chaotic annual impromptu cruising, tire burnouts and Puerto Rican flag waving celebration during the National Puerto Rican Day 2025 in the predominately Latino neighborhood.

No major incidents were reported this year during the chaotic street takeover by vehicles, spectators and unruly crowds on Sunday, according to police.

The Milwaukee Common Council in early June proposed an ordinance prohibiting street takeovers by crowds, spectators and vehicles, but police have yet to report, if anyone was cited, towed or taken into custody on Sunday for reckless driving in the Southside.

Will the proposed City Street Takeover ordinance, if approved be enforced by police at illegal street takeovers by Whites during sports spillover events and other chaotic celebrations as well or only at people of color neighborhoods?

The City Street Takeover ordinance imposes a minimum of $500 fine for each spectator(s).

The National Puerto Rican Day Fest 2025 was held separately at Mitchell Park on Sunday, June 8th, and ended at 7:00p.m. and organizers reported no incidents other than several motor dirt bikes that were confiscated by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources officers at the Mitchell Park, according to Victor Huyke, from El Conquistador Newspaper, the sponsor of the National PR Day Fest 2025 and Parade at Mitchell Park.

Milwaukee,  Wisconsin - On early Thursday, Milwaukee police responded around 1:30a.m. to a non-fatal shooting at the 1900 block of S. 21 Street and located a 53-year-old male victim with minor injuries and refuse medical treatment.

Police have an ongoing investigation to determine what occurred and are looking for an unknown suspect(s).

On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, around 9:30 p.m., Milwaukee police responded to shots fired at the 1600 block of S. 11 Street in the Southside of Milwaukee and located a deceased 45-year-old Hispanic male.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office declared the victim, Vincent Torres, 45, originally from Dallas,  Texas deceased at 9:51 p.m. in Milwaukee. Torres was fatally shot in the chest.

The Torres family released a video surveillance camera footage of the alleged homicide suspect.

Milwaukee police have an ongoing homicide investigation in the Torres shooting death.

No arrest has been reported by police in the Torres homicide.

24-year-old Brandon J. Randall Sentenced To 50 Years In Prison For The 2022 Reckless Homicides Of Both Ava Allen, 17, And Jaelen Yracheta, 18, In South Milwaukee

Randall in a plea agreement was sentenced to 50 years in prison for each of the reckless homicides of Allen and Yracheta in December 2022 in South Milwaukee.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Tuesday, Brandon J. Randall, 24, was sentenced to 50 years in prison to be served concurrently to the double reckless homicides of Ava Allen, 17, and Jaelen Yracheta, 18, on December 29, 2022 in South Milwaukee.

In the plea agreement, Randall will serve 50 years concurrently to the reckless homicides of Allen and Yracheta, he received 50 years in prison for the murder of Allen and 50 years in prison for the murder of Yracheta, but will be served at the same time. Randall will actually serve 36 years in prison and 14 years of supervision, according to Milwaukee County court records.

In December 2022, Randall killed both Allen and Yracheta in a marijuana drug deal gone bad. Apparently, Yracheta had made arrangements with Randall to sell him marijuana, and Allen accompanied Yracheta to the drug sale. Randall fatally shot both Yracheta and Allen multiple times. Their bodies were later found in a parked vehicle by family members. A nearby video surveillance camera caught Randall fleeing the crime scene.

238 Venezuelans Illegally Removed From The U.S. Without Due Process By The TACO Trump Administration Remain At Notorious Prison In El Salvador

CBS News reported in March that it had obtained an internal government list of the names of the Venezuelan men the Trump administration deported to El Salvador as part of a secretive operation last week that has triggered a legal standoff in the U.S. and a debate around the world.

On March 15, the U.S. government deported 238 male Venezuelan citizens on three flights to El Salvador, accusing them of being part of a transnational gang known as Tren de Aragua, which President Trump has labeled a foreign terrorist group and wartime enemy.

Upon landing, the deported men were forcefully led off planes by heavily armed Salvadoran authorities. They were marched into armored vehicles, had their heads shaved and were transferred into cells inside El Salvador's notorious maximum security prison, known as CECOT (Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo (Terrorist Confinement Center)).

The high-profile deportations quickly set off a legal battle in the U.S. The court fight initially centered on the legality of Trump's move to invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to expel many of the Venezuelan deportees. It has since expanded into a showdown over whether the Trump administration knowingly defied a federal judge's order to halt deportations under the wartime law and turn the flights around.

U.S. officials have said 137 of the Venezuelan men were treated as "enemy aliens" and removed from the country under the 18th century law. The other 101 were deported under regular immigration procedures, the officials have said. 

Beyond that, the U.S. government has provided scant details about the deportations. Family members and lawyers of deportees have said they only learned their loved ones or clients had been deported to the small Central American country through videos and photos posted by the Salvadoran government and news outlets. 

The Trump administration has said it verified that all the Venezuelan deportees have connections to Tren de Aragua, but those accusations have been denied by relatives of some of those who were deported. The U.S. government has said in a court declaration that while some of those expelled have criminal histories in the U.S., "many" do not.

52-year-old Demetric D. Scott Charged With 4 Additional Felonies In Connection With Framing Undocumented Ramon Morales-Reyes, 54, In TACO Trump's Assassination Threat In Milwaukee

Scott confessed to Milwaukee police that he wrote the handwritten letter that Morales-Reyes was accused of writing by the USDHS-ICE, which  threatened to kill TACO Trump with a 30-06 rifle and made national headlines.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On Monday, Demetric D. Scott, 52, was criminally charged with 4 additional felonies for writing a handwritten letter threatening to shoot TACO Trump with a 30-06 rifle and then framing Ramon Morales-Reyes, 54, as the person who actually wrote it in mid May, in order to have Morales-Reyes, an undocumented individual arrested by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (USDHI-ICE) and deported to avoid a criminal trial, which Morales-Reyes was the victim and Scott was the defendant. 

Morales-Reyes had also applied for a U-visa as a victim of a crime. He remains in federal USDHS-ICE custody at the Dodge County Detention Center in Juneau, Wisconsin pending deportation proceedings.

The feds later learned that Morales-Reyes was illiterate and could not write English or Spanish, and that his handwriting didn't match the handwriting on the letter sent to USDHS-ICE threatening the life of TACO (Trump Always Chickens Out) Trump.

According to Scott's criminal complaint filed on Monday in Milwaukee County, he also send a copy of the letter to the State Attorney General's office in Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Police Department and the USDHS-ICE.

Scott was charged on Monday with misappropriate ID to harm reputation, 2 felony counts for bail jumping, and intimidate a witness. If convicted, Scott is facing 6 years in prison and $10,000 in fines, or both for each count for misappropriate ID, and 2 counts for bail jumping, and facing up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines, or both for intimidate a witness.

Scott framed Morales-Reyes to get him deported so, the criminal case against him for assaulting Morales-Reyes and robbing him would be dismissed.

On September 28, 2023, Scott was criminally charged for felony armed robbery with use of force, bail jumping, aggravated battery intent harm with use of a dangerous weapon, 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety with use of a dangerous weapon in connection with Morales-Reyes assault and robbery.

If convicted, Scott is facing up to 40 years in prison and up to $100,000 in fines, or both for armed robbery, and facing up to 6 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, or both for each bail jumping, and aggravated battery, and facing up to 10 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines, or both for 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety.

Scott has a scheduled initial court hearing for Tuesday, June 3, 2025, according to court records.

So far, the USDHS-ICE has not come out publicly to vindicate Morales-Reyes regarding their false claim that he had threatened to kill TACO Trump.

Editor's note: USDHS-ICE is known as the most corrupt immigration enforcement departments in the federal government under the TACO Trump administration, which have failed to abide by U.S. Constitutional law, which affords due process for those with legal status and undocumented individuals detained (arrested) by USDHS-ICE and its federal partners, FBI, U.S. Marshals Service, DEA, ATF and etc. before being removed from the U.S.. Federal judges have ruled that USDHS-ICE has continuously detained individuals and have intentionally failed to abide by the rule of law, and have a disregard to the U.S. Constitution.

Also, the USDHS-ICE has falsely claimed that most undocumented and legal status individuals detained are notorious gang members from Tren de Aragua or MS-13 transnational criminal organizations without proof. Many of those mentioned have been found not to have criminal records contrary of what USDHS-ICE claims.

The vast majority of immigration agents cannot be regular cops because they either have criminal backgrounds, mental health problems (no psychological exams given prior to hiring) and /or have extremely low self esteem, according  to Jenn Budd, a former U.S. immigration agent.
