Waukesha, Wisconsin - On February 3, 2023, Julie C. Valadez, 34, was frivolously charged by Walworth County Deputy D.A. James T. Sempf and Walworth County Judge Daniel S. Johnson with multiple felony counts for interfere with child custody of other parent including party to a crime and interfere with custody after custody order including party to a crime.
If convicted on the frivolous charges, Valadez is facing up to 12 years and 6 months in prison and up to $25,000 in fines for each count.
It only happens in Walworth and Waukesha Counties, we can't make this up folks, which corrupt and rogue Waukesha County family court Judge Michael J. Abrahamian decides in the Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case # 2018FA000296 to illegally place 4 of the special needs Valadez children with their domestic violence abusive father Ricardo. Julie, their mother appealed Aprahamian's decision with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the appeals court agreed with Julie in multiple rulings that Aprahamian decision was erroneous and should be reversed. Judge Aprahamian had to recuse himself from the divorce case. Then Ralph M. Ramirez, another corrupt and rogue judge assigned to the case decides to keep Judge Aprahamian's decision in place because according to him, Aprahamian is an "intelligent judge" and Ramirez begins a whole new hearing trial ignoring the Wisconsin State Court of Appeals ruling that Aprahamian illegally place the 4 Valadez children with the abuser in the divorce case. Julie has never been found to be an unfit mother by either family court. (The Julie Valadez story

The Wisconsin Court of Appeals District II on February 2, 2022 ruled that Waukesha County Judge Aprahamian erred in removing full custody from Julie in the divorce case and awarded full custody of their children to the father who was found to be a known domestic abuser and couldn't prove in court that he had complied with state law by submitting to a state certified batterer's treatment program and completing the program as required by law.
With the frivolous felony charges filed against Julie, it will certainly raise the legal questions, were Judges Aprahamian and Ramirez decisions to place and keep the 4 Valadez children with the abuser legal under State law? Under what legal precedent law case citing did Judge Ramirez based his decision not to return the 4 Valadez children to Julie and if any, why didn't he allow joint custody of the children in the divorce case? It also seems that both Walworth County D.A. Sempf and Judge Johnson didn't do their homework to determine who actually has legal custody of the 4 Valadez children. Sempf and Johnson should not have been scammed by the Waukesha County Kangaroo family court fiasco.
There has never been a divorce case in Wisconsin that has set precedent in which a domestic abusive victim (wife) who decides to divorce her abusive husband automatically loses custody of her children without due process.
In Julie's case, Judge Aprahamian issued a contempt order against Julie and threaten to incarcerate her for simply refusing to take a psychological examine, which her abusive husband was not ordered to take one. So, Aprahamian decided to place the 4 Valadez children with their abusive father, since Aprahamian intended to incarcerate Julie. Julie appealed Aprahamian's contempt order and again, the Wisconsin State Court of Appeals reversed Judge Aprahamian's contempt order and arrest attempt, but Aprahamian never recanted his placement decision to allow Julie with joint custody of the Valadez children.
In an exclusive video made public by Protective Makua, Ethan Valadez, 15, who ran away from his abusive father says that his father, Ricardo physically abused his mother. In the YouTube video also shows Ricardo telling several police officers that he didn't want Ethan in the house. https://youtu.be/hiCIdQaAIeM
One point to make, Julie Valadez was out of the country when Ethan ran away and she is now being blamed for Ethan's leaving his abusive father on January 10, 2023. While in Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Clerk on multiple times released her address, which she was on protective status under state law for domestic violence abusive victims after filing a restraining order against Ricardo who had threatened to kill her, if she dated anyone else.
Julie is the first domestic violence abused victim in a divorce case to expose the wide spread corruption of the Waukesha County family court under Waukesha County Chief Judge Jennifer R. Dorow who also made an erroneous ruling in the Valadez case allowing the placement of the 4 Valadez children with the abuser.
Also involved in the Waukesha County family court corruption is Guardian Ad Litem Attorney Molly J. Jasmer who fabricated a document to keep Julie from visiting her son at a hospital.
Julie even sent a letter to the Wisconsin Attorney General requesting an investigation to the corruption at the Waukesha County family court, which ignores to follow both state laws and Wisconsin State Court of Appeals rulings in the Valadez divorce case.
In July 2021, Julie wrote a
6-page letter to Wisconsin Attorney General (WIAG) Josh Kaul requesting an urgent investigation targeted at the Waukesha County Courthouse for alleged corruption and illegal behavior of Judge Aprahamian, which Julie claimed that he was engaged in retaliation against her for filing a federal case against him and attorney Molly J. Jasmer (Case: 2:21-cv-00795) claiming that Judge Aprahamian attempted to force her to sign a document when in fact Julie had the option not to sign such a document under federal law. Julie also wrote, "I am requesting an investigation into the criminal behavior of Molly Jasmer for the two police reports I have from the Wauwatosa Police Department for Molly drafting herself a document that she presented to the hospital where my son was admitted as a legal document without a judges signature misleading the hospital to illegally withhold my son... For Molly to draft a document herself and present it to the hospital as a legal order is a criminal offense and needs to be investigated."
WIAG Kaul never launched an investigation into the alleged corruption that was taking place at the Waukesha County family court in connection with the Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case.
Kathryn Xian, the Executive Director from Protective Makua who released YouTube videos about Julie's and Ethan's abusive plight in Wisconsin posted the following social media statement, "Family courts should not have the power to criminally penalize innocent mothers because they lack the same standards of evidence, procedure, and constitutional tenets as criminal courts. Not that criminal courts are much better."
"However, Waukesha family court presiding judge Ralph Ramirez, in Julie Valadez’s case, is committing gross constitutional violations daily. He has effectively relitigated already adjudged facts to erase Julie’s rights as a victim of domestic abuse by her ex, Ricardo Valadez, and falsified the record to defame and vilify her.
"Now, because of Ramirez, Julie has been unjustly criminalized. This is nothing less than a modern-day witch hunt. Hold Judge Ramirez and his fascist colleagues accountable.
#Justice4Julie"
The criminal complaint says that Julie contacted the FBI about the illegal acts by the Waukesha County family court judges, which the FBI agent didn't say, if they had initiated a corruption probe against the judges and GALs.
