Waukesha, Wisconsin - On Wednesday, January 4, 2023, Waukesha County family court Judge Ralph Ramirez allegedly committed another unconstitutional and illegal act by signing a Remedial Contempt Order prohibiting Julie Valadez in the Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez divorce case # 2018FA000296 to file any other fillings or motions unless she pays attorney sanctioned fees of up to $750 to Ricardo's attorney ("to be paid within 90-days", court records show). Ramirez also imposed a 30-day jail order (Date: 1/3/2023, "The Court will impose a 30 day jail sentence with work and treatment release stayed for 2 years with a purge payment in the amount of $685. The Court will further impose $80 in service fees due by March 1st, 2023...The Court will further order, until the amount is paid in full the Circuit Court is to not accept any filings by Julie Valadez.", court record shows.) in the Remedial Contempt Order too against Julie whose four children were illegally taken away from her and her parental rights were denied (removed) without due process by Judge Michael J. Abrahamian who was removed from the case after the Wisconsin Court of Appeals ruled that he illegally denied Julie's parental rights and placed her four special needs children with the domestic abuser and ex-husband Ricardo Valadez, according to court records and transcripts including filings by Julie to challenge Abrahamian's decision. Judge Ramirez was assigned to the case by Chief Judge Jennifer Dorow and he has ignored state laws protecting victims (children and a domestic abused spouse), which Ramirez kept Abrahamian's decision in place, to take Julie's children away and keep them with the domestic abuser in contrary to state law.
"I have parental rights, but I am being denied access to my parental rights unlawfully," Julie told Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA).
Julie has been declared indigent in the case and is under victim protective status.
Judge Ramirez and Guardian Ad Litem Attorney Molly Jasmer are now attempting to criminalize Julie for providing a lunch for one of the Valadez's children when he was in the hospital for being abused by his father Ricardo, according to a documentary video by Protective Makua.
Protective Makua from Hawaii just released the following YouTube video about Julie Valadez's plight and the lack of accountability to hold rogue and corrupt judges in Waukesha County accountable by enforcing state law and also exposes former Waukesha County Chief Judge Jennifer Dorow's alleged complicit corruption as well. Dorow is currently a candidate for the Wisconsin State Supreme Court.
