At least another 9 suspects have been charged in Milwaukee County with sexaul assault of a child, 1 man was convicted for using a computer to commit a child sex crime and 1 additional man charged with possession of child pornography.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - At least 8 men and 1 woman have been charged with sexual assault of a child, 1 man convicted for using a computer to commit a child sex crime and 1 additional man for possession of child pornography in Milwaukee County, according to court records.
The suspects charged are:
• Virgil J. Aquino-Perez, 32, was charged on 1/20/2023 with one felony count for 1st-degree child sexual assault including sexual contact/intercourse with a person under age 13. Cash bail for Aquino-Perez was set at $75,000.
• Oscar Artiga, 23, was charged on 2/2/2022 with one felony count for use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. Artiga pled guilty and was sentenced on 1/27/2023 to 8 years in prison with 5 years incarceration and 3 years supervision.
• Gabriel Alvarado, 28, was charged on 1/13/2023 with two felony counts for repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least 3 times) and 1st-degree sexual assault of a child including sexual contact/intercourse of a person under age 13. Cash bail for Alvarado was set at $50,000.
• Christopher Gonzalez, 28, was charged on 10/11/2022 with one felony count for 1st-degree sexual assault of a child including sexual contact/intercourse of a person under age 13. Cash bail for Gonzalez was set at $15,000.
• Modesto Guzman-Trujillo, 43, was charged on 6/17/2022 with 1st-degree sexual assault of a child including sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 12. Cash bail for Guzman-Trujillo was set at $25,000.
• Victor de Dios Jose, 20, was charged on 3/28/2022 with one felony count for 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child. Cash bail for Jose was set at $3,500.
• Moises E. Marrero Garcia, 30, was charged on 10/18/2022 with five felony counts for possession of child pornography. Cash bail for Garcia was set at $10,000.
• Francis Mejia-Perez, 35, was charged on 12/18/2022 with two felony counts for 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child under age 16 and one felony count for repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least 3 times). Cash bail for Mejia-Perez was set at $20,000.
• Hector Pacheco-Quintana, 34, was charged on 1/15/2023 with three felony counts for child enticement sexual contact, expose child to harmful material and 1st or 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child including repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least 3 times). Cash bail for Pacheco-Quintana was set at $35,000.
• Manuel Perez-Avila, 57, was charged on 9/14/2022 with one felony count for 1st-degree sexual assault of a child including intercourse with a person under age 12 and 6 felony counts for 1st-degree sexual assault of a child including sexual intercourse with person under age 13.
• Chelsea Tamagos, 27, was charged on 2/3/2023 with two felony counts for sexual assault of a child. Cash bail for Tamagos was set at $7,500.
