15-year-old Ethan Valadez Who Applied For Asylum In Canada Was Forcibly And Illegally Removed From The Country By The Canada Border Services Agency Officials

Ethan returned to Wisconsin unvoluntarily after the Canada Border Services Agency officials illegally removed him from Canada months after applying for asylum to escape from his abusive father.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin - On late Friday, Ethan Valadez, 15, arrived at the Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee after being forcibly and illegally removed from Canada by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officials. When Ethan arrived at the Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, he refused to be reunited with his abusive father, Ricardo Valadez (Reference: Julie Valadez v. Ricardo Valadez Waukesha County divorce case # 2018FA000296).

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Agent Shannon Meyers from Seattle helped arranged for Ethan to stay with his maternal parent's on Julie's side, according to a source. 

In Canada, Chad Brown, a ministry appointed representative at CBSA removed Ethan's refugee claim without his knowledge and consent, thus illegally paving the way for CBSA officials to forcibly remove Ethan from Canada and violating his rights as a 15-year-old Refugee Protection Division claimant. (All workers for the Refugee Protection Division are on a nationwide strike in Canada)

Ethan along with his mother Julie Valadez and her advocate, Kathryn Alamea-Xian, from Protective Makua were illegally detained by Danielle (Jenkins) Bernard with the CBSA on April 21, 2023. Last Thursday, both Julie and Kathryn were finally assigned attorneys, which Ethan was denied an attorney and not allowed to speak with his mother during the ordeal, which he was forced to endure by the CBSA and at the Ministry of Children and Family Development group home. A social worker (Esther De Waard) at the Ministry of Children and Family Development further traumatized Ethan that his refugee claim including his mother's and Alamea-Xian's refugee claims would be rejected and both Julie and Alamea-Xian, who is a LBGTQI activist would face criminal charges.

Julie and Alamea-Xian who have been illegally detained for 11-days, will have a CBSA hearing on May 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the CBSA detention facility in Surrey, B.C..

According to both Julie and Alamea-Xian, they say that Julie's ex-husband Ricardo allegedly claimed in a Walworth County criminal complaint that Julie, Alamea-Xian and Kimberlee Coronado conspired to interfere with child custody of the other parent when Ethan ran away on his own accord in January 2023 and was identified by the Walworth County Scanner as the missing 15-year-old with autism.

According to a Walworth County police report, Ricardo Valadez admitted to police that Ethan had ran away at least 5 times. Ethan had repeatedly sought protection from the Waukesha Police Department in Waukesha County and Delavan Police Department in Walworth County to no avail after complaining that his father was physically and mentally abusing him. Also, Waukesha County family court judges Abraham J. Aprahamian and Ralph M. Ramirez failed to protect Ethan after he and Julie sought protection under the state's abused victim's protection law from the inept judges.

Coronado was taken into custody by the Delavan Police Department and was criminally charged for interfering with the custody of the other parent and a cash bail of $100,000 was set. Coronado remains incarcerated at the Walworth County Sheriff's jail since March 16, 2023.

Coronado's arraignment is scheduled on May 17, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. at the Walworth County Judicial Center room 3040, presiding Judge Daniel S. Johnson who set the must pay $100.000 cash bond to be released, even when the Walworth County assessment found that she was not a flight risk and has no criminal record.
