Schellsburg, PA - On Monday, just before midnight, Elmer J. Myers, 75, a White male suspect apparently walked out of a house at 817 Lincoln Hwy in the borough of Schellsburg in Bedford County in Pennsylvania and fired multiple gunshot shells at Black and White peaceful marchers along the Lincoln Hwy striking a Black male victim in the face with buckshot who was identified only as "Cino or C-note", according to a video posted by Frank Nitty, (birth name Frank Sensabaugh) from Milwaukee who is leading a cross-country 750 mile peaceful march to D.C. The victim who was bleeding from the face was struck by multiple gunshot buckshot and was taken by Nitty and other occupants in a vehicle to the Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown where he was admitted for treatment.

State and local law enforcement authorities in the County are investigating the shooting incident and no information has been released by authorities in Bedford County, if Myers has been taken into custody in connection with the shooting.

Nitty is leading the social justice and police accountabilty march seeking reform. The Milwaukee group marching to D.C. will join an August 28th commemoration of the 57th anniversary of the 1963 Civil rights march on Washington where Dr. Martin Luther King gave the famous "I Have A Dream" speech. Nitty was recently invited to give a speech at the commemoration event by Reverend Al Sharpton.

Update: Nitty claims that the PA State Police made false claims during a press conference on Tursday, which alleged that there was a confrontation between peotesters and several people before gunshots were exchanged last night in Schellsburg. Nitty says that the state police officers are making false claims in a Facebook video that he posted. A female Johnstown police detective also confirmed in Nitty's video that there is no evidence of a confrontation before the shooting was video recorded during the incident on Monday night. https://bit.ly/3gve147

During the second press conference, the PA state police officer said that gunfire was exchanged and that a call was made at 11:18 p.m. on Monday to the PA State Police that some people were in the parking lot of the Myers' Garage located on Hwy Route 30 (800 block of Lincoln Ave. in Schellsburg) and at about 11:35 p.m. gunshots were reported. The Bedford County District Attorney confirmed that a 9mm casting and multiple shotgun castings were recovered at the scene including a handgun and a shotgun, but she couldn't determine when asked, if someone from the peaceful marchers group had exchanged gunfire with the suspect, Elmer Myers. At least 50 witnesses from the peaceful marchers from Milwaukee were present and gave accounts to what happened to police compared to two White suspects including Myers.
