Chicago, Illinois - On Friday, JayBee Anama, a baseball card blogger (James B. Anama) contacted Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) and confirmed that numerous of his articles had been plagiarized or posted in tposbaseballcard2 dot blogspot dot com without his authorization, which allegedly seemed to link him to the racist True News U.S.A. blog. Anama denied the use of the alias profile Preeti and stated that he is not associated with True News U.S.A. Anama told HNNUSA that Google has been contacted to remove tposbaseballcard2 blog. The blog in question remains active.
Most of the articles by Anama are posted in the tposbaseballcard2 blog, since 2013 and the alias Preeti profile shows other personal blogs including True News U.S.A. created by Preeti. Anama says, he didn't know about the tposbaseballcard2 blog until HNNUSA contacted him a few days ago and responded to the HNNUSA inquiry about his articles and his byline in the tposbaseballcard2 blog.
Anama released the following statement, "My name is James B. Anama. I write a blog called bdj610's Topps Baseball Card Blog. I am not associated with this True news USA, nor am I associated with the person linked to this site, Preeti.
I have sent a message to Google/Blogger requesting that the site created by Preeti be removed."HNNUSA first broke the story several days ago about the tposbaseballcard2 alleged link to the racist True News USA blog and Anama's numerous articles posted in the blog. The anonymous blog administrator of the Chicago racist True News USA blog that promotes hate has not released any statement regarding Preeti's blog indicating its association.
Since, Anama has denied any link or association to Preeti including the tposbaseballcard2 blog and the racist True News USA blog, HNNUSA would like to thank Anama for contacting HNNUSA regarding his articles being plagiarized and HNNUSA extends an apology for any inconvenience.
